To be honest my stay was ok! On Saturday as I was sleeping the fire alarm went off and woke me up I almost fell out the bed! I got dressed and had take the steps, the fire department silenced the alarm, and I had to walk back at five flights of steps, almost having an asthma attack. On Sunday I spoke with the front desk clerk Jay and told him I situation about my plane leaving late and I asked if I could stay at least until 2 o’clock. He told me yes and reassured me that it will be OK that he will talk with the owners. The next morning, I went to the front desk and spoke with a young lady whom I’m thinking is the manager and I explained my situation to her about being inconvenienced on Saturday night as I was sleeping and asked if I could get a late check out around 2 PM. She told me no and never apologize for what happened on Saturday night. I asked her well why would your front desk clerk Jay tell me that I could stay until at least 330 and that it will be OK I brought him dinner and again he reassured me that it will be OK she goes to try and call him but still standing firm on. It’s a no late check out is at 12 PM. So again my hotel stay probably would’ve been excellent but with the fire alarm and the lies from the front desk clerk JaybI had a horrible day. Also, I wanna add that every time I heated up my food in the microwave, the microwave, the lamp on the desk and the refrigerator all will go out and I had to keep flipping the switch behind the desk to continue to hea
