On the day of the check-in, a grand religious celebration is held, as it is close to the road and you can walk through the road to feel. The room is large, especially the bathroom, and it is no exaggeration to say that you can dance inside. There is an emergency alarm rope near the toilet and the shower. I have pulled two times in the unknown. I have to call the security immediately and need no assistance. It is quite professional and safe. The bathroom accessories are famous Italian brands, the quality is very good, they are brought back to China after they have not been used up, especially like it. The breakfast room was slightly crowded and the dishes were average, but there were even porridge dishes. Later, I learned that there were Japanese monks and local religious groups to hold a friendly relationship and cooperation ceremony during the stay. It was very interesting to walk from the hotel. The restaurant waiter also asked us about Chinese tastes and Chinese cuisine. Although the English communication between the two sides could not convey the essence of Chinese food, they communicated clearly with the help of the body language and imagination. The breakfast was really good. A cultural exchange platform, the restaurant waiter is also very friendly. In general, although it is not the best hotel in Italy, it is also a great place to experience.

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. I was offered to change a room for one of the higher levels when I arrived after paying the difference of the price, and I agreed with pleasure. The room was very beautiful. The only sin, not negligible given the level of the room, was the finding of a long black hair (not clearly of my property since I am shaved nor of the other person host) in the bedroom of the mattress and a cup of coffee used by the previous guest on the terrace balaustral.

This is a personal opinion, the hotels location is great, just across the road from the Train station, several bus stops within walking distance and taxi rank just nearby. Overall it didn’t give me that 4 star hotel experience, I found the rooms and bathrooms outdated, the rooms could do with a refurb and better lighting and air system, could be a lot better. The areas I covered or seen are clean, staff are ok-ish except one of the receptionist (Giulia) she was brilliant and she took a request of mine at heart and delivered it as requested.

On our round trip through northern Italy, we stopped in Bologna from 24.7.-25.7.22. We had booked a Classic double room at UNAHotels Bologna Centro via an online platform. Likewise, we already know UNAHotels from previous stays in other cities. The hotel is located outside the old town. It's a comfortable 20-minute walk. Unfortunately, the check-in did not work smoothly. The room was not ready at 13.15. The reception could not even check us in. They could only do that when the room was ready. I have never experienced anything like this and it has never happened in any other UNA hotel. Fortunately, we were able to drop off the luggage. A garage is also an advantage in Bologna. The reservation worked without a problem here, cost 22 euros per night. The room was very good. Size, comfort and cleanliness were perfect. The bathroom is also good. Everything necessary is available. Modern furnishings. Our request for a room on the upper floors was met. Wifi is good. The breakfast has everything you could want. Despite the discrepancies at check in, we can recommend the UNAHotels Bologna Centro.

Very close to the Twin Towers and the main campus of Bologna, a very small hotel. Very clean and the room is not small. After staying, I went out for a lap and came back with a welcome fruit. It is very quiet at night and sleeps very well. The front desk staff is very handsome and uncle, the whole hotel style is very artistic, and overall it is still very good stay experience.

L’hotel è in centro e quindi in posizione estremamente strategica. Temevo anche per questo motivo che fosse molto rumoroso, invece la stanza dava sull’interno e, grazie all’aria condizionata, ho potuto tenere le finestre chiuse e non sentire alcun rumore. La stanza poi era ben arredata, soprattutto pulita e nuova! Altrove, per lo steso periodo mi proponevano prezzi ben più alti e temevo quindi che l’hotel avrebbe avuto qualche tipo di “intoppo”, invece l’ho trovato perfetto.

Really lovely guest house in a great location, with good facilities both in the room and in the shared spaces which includes a kitchen and seating area. There were three of us staying in one of the rooms and it was spacious and comfortable! Our check in process was very straightforward and we found the communication from the team helpful and clear and they were always willing to support either during the reception hours or via WhatsApp. It’s in a great location too - about 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore but also close by to good restaurants, markets and shops. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

La vue de la chambre Altana est juste unique la literie très confortable. Mais pour le reste les services ne sont pas à la hauteur. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bains. ocation and the bed was comfy enough Disliked · After booking and paying on line we were told that arrival after 7.30pm would cost us extra money! For the whole of our stay the reception area and our bedroom smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. Very noisy room with early morning deliveries to the supermarket below, which woke us up around 6am every day. The bathroom was tiny .The shower was weak and the shower head holder was broken which meant it was too low and the water spray faced the wall.The room was very dark and we couldn’t open the curtain because we would be seen by everyone who overlooked us in the interior courtyard. The breakfast is not what we want to eat especially in Bologna - tiny unappetising looking shop bought croissants that the receptionist was baking in the oven. The place was surrounded by shops selling delicious home made fresh bread and pastries The coffee was ok but it was long life milk- I couldn’t see any fresh. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room so you need to dress before you get a coffee.
