We were told our room was upgraded free of cost, which is great. The hotel's location is excellent. It is unfortunate the hotel doesn't have an elevator as we had heavy luggage.
Also, the angry lady at the breakfast was quite rude, huffing and puffing if we placed the mug wrong in the coffee machine or attempted to cut a piece of cake for ourselves.

Had a great two night stay with my wife. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quick and delicious to get the day started. Lifts, rentals and restaurants are all a stones throw away from the hotel.

We had a long weekend in Livigno and stayed in the Federia hotel. Impeccable! We had a really good time.
Abundant breakfast and staff always available to show you the most beautiful places and peaks to visit. Rooms equipped with everything you need for a mountain holiday!
