The Colonnade Hotel

The staff were very helpful and they upgraded us to a lovely spacious room with a fabulous view! The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Pacific Mall, the museums, Newbury St.and many restaurants around. The Lucy Bar and Restaurant inside the hotel is excellent and the food was great! I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a great location. Very close to the train station. Breakfast was a bit pricey. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location! Rooms are clean and staff is always friendly which brings me back to Colonnade every time I visit Boston.

Nice hotel. A coupe of things that could improve the experience would be a better pre check in system. The shower was clean at first look but I noticed that the grout could use a good scrubbing to remove that orange cast that makes me think of a mold. And it is time to go back to real glassware in the rooms. Paper and plastic cups just dont cut it

Great stay! Clean, quite and comfortable rooms. I loved the convenience of the parking garage. The same elevator from the lobby to your room can also stop on the same floor as the garage which made coming and going a breeze! I was able to walk out the door and across the street then walk through the shopping mall to the Marriott where the conference I was in town for was being held. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover this. I was able to avoid walking in cold weather or alone through city streets at night. I'll likely chose to stay here over the conference hotel again in the future!
