Pros: The hotel is very close to the subway exit. The Bell Tower station has lines 2 and 6. To catch line 2, you have to walk a bit further, while line 6 is closer. It's also very near the Bell Tower itself; you can see it right after exiting the subway. To get a good photo of the Bell Tower, you need to walk through the underground passage connecting to the subway station to Kaiyuan Square. It’s only a few hundred meters from there to the Bell Tower. The Bell Tower and Drum Tower are very close, and the Muslim Quarter is right behind the Drum Tower. The room has a wet and dry separation bathroom and a smart heated toilet. Every day, they provide six bottles of JingTian water for free. When checking out, the front desk lady even kindly gave us two extra bottles. For food delivery, a robot brings it to your room.

Cons: The restaurant is quite small and located at the elevator entrance on the sixth floor. We stayed for four nights with two people, but only received breakfast for one person for two days. However, there are many convenient and inexpensive food options downstairs. The air conditioning is central, and it was set to heat, but the heating effect wasn't great. I imagine it would be quite cold indoors during the dead of winter! On the first night, we heard a very distinct low-frequency resonant sound that lasted all night. I thought it was from the air conditioning, but it continued even after turning it off. I'm not sure if it was from next door or an external machine. In the following nights, perhaps we got used to it, or it stopped, as we didn't hear it anymore.

I carefully researched the hotel before choosing it, and I wasn't disappointed! The front desk was very helpful, parking was convenient, and it was very close to the subway. The hotel is also connected to Ace Plaza, so even if it rained, we stayed there and could stroll through the mall without getting wet. They even provided free breakfast for our children, which was fantastic!

The check in process was smooth. I arrived around 11pm and was immediately accommodated and was able to get to my assigned room in 10mins. They also provided daily room cleaning and replenished toiletries and water bottles. I am not sure if there was supposedly heater as I was not able to ask but the room was cold during my stay. Location was really good as it was about 10-20min walk to some of the main attractions such as the drum and bell towers, muslim quarters, etc., and about 5-min walk to the nearest mrt and bus stations.

Highly recommended! I booked this for a friend before, and they insisted I write a good review, so this time I decided to stay here myself. The hotel's address is listed as Beidajie, but I walked from the Bell Tower and got there in about ten minutes – super easy to find. There's even a Northeastern cuisine restaurant right next door, haha. The room wasn't huge, but it's a rare bright room with a window (most hotels near Xi'an's Bell Tower have windowless, dark rooms, which is a nightmare!). To get a room with a window at this price is absolutely fantastic. Too bad I didn't take any pictures. The room was clean and tidy, the towels and toiletries were thick and spotless, and the facilities were very new. Breakfast was also included. When I asked if they could heat something for me during breakfast, the kitchen staff immediately apologized, saying the microwave was on the first floor. The staff were warm, professional, and had a great attitude. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends.

The service was excellent. I accidentally left my ID at the front desk, and they proactively contacted me, which was a very nice touch. The room had great soundproofing, wasn't noisy at all, and was very clean. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and parking was convenient. It's about a five or six-minute walk to the subway station, and it's also very convenient for visiting the City Wall, Yongxing Fang, and the Bell Tower. I even participated in their Chinese New Year lucky bag event and won some Maltesers on the spinning wheel – here's to a successful new year!

The location is excellent; it's just across the traffic light from the subway station, and across the street is Shaanxi TV Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Kudi Hotel is also close by. As for the hotel itself, it's spacious, well-insulated, has a great view, and large windows. The hallways are also nice. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and great service.

Everything is good. 

They only have one washing machine and heater.  So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks. 



Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast. 

She is professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made a big difference. I truly appreciate her dedication to her works.

The hygiene was impeccable, and the environment was excellent. The service was warm and welcoming. They even offered complimentary congee and pickles in the evening, which was a very thoughtful touch. When I checked out, they gave me many small gifts and Xi'an cultural souvenirs, which I absolutely loved. They also gave me several bottles of warm mineral water, which deeply touched me. This experience left a profound impression of the city and culture of Xi'an. I highly commend the service of this establishment! It's definitely worth staying here!

The environment is very good, the room is very exquisite, and it is very close to the subway entrance. Contacting customer service was also resolved in a timely manner. There was a short-haired hotel customer service lady who was very nice and helped us adjust the TV at night. Overall it was pretty good.

I arrived at the hotel around 11 AM, and since the twin room I booked wasn't ready, they kindly upgraded me to a family room for immediate check-in. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, a heated toilet seat, and plenty of hot water for showering. The bedding was quite comfortable. Even though my room was on the second floor facing the street, it wasn't noisy at night, so the soundproofing was decent. The hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters from the subway station and less than 1 kilometer from Pingjiang Road. It offers excellent value for money! I was so pleased with my stay that I took some photos before checking out.

The hotel is super close to Humble Administrator's Garden and the museum, just a short walk away. It's comfortable, with central air conditioning, and offers excellent value for money. They even upgraded us to a family room for free! Breakfast is provided, which is really convenient. The hotel is very thoughtful; we hadn't been able to do laundry for days, and this place actually has a fully automatic washing machine and a dryer. They also posted a map of the scenic routes near the staircase. Because our stay was so comfortable, we decided to extend our trip in Suzhou by an extra day and go to Hangzhou a day later.

For my first stay in Suzhou, this hotel was incredibly convenient! Lion Grove Garden (Shizilin) is a mere five-minute walk to the left, and to the right, you'll find the Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden (Zhuozheng Yuan).

The room size was decent, the shower water temperature was perfect, and the smart toilet was a nice touch – I particularly enjoyed the heated seat. My only minor suggestion would be to add a box of tissues near the vanity mirror for extra convenience. Also, I kept hearing the sound of flowing water outside the window in bursts, like rain – I wasn't sure if it was from a neighbor's water feature or something else.

The staff member at check-in mentioned we could get two complimentary coffees downstairs. However, I was worried about it affecting my sleep, so I opted to enjoy them when heading out the next day. They were great, truly perfect for anyone who needs a cup of coffee to start their day.

Many thanks to the front desk staff for helping with our luggage! Overall, this place offers great value for money!

The tourist attraction Gulou is only a 3-minute walk to the right.
Meals are buffet style and the watermelons are large and delicious.
Just before that is the Gulou Zhubaocheng Shopping Mall.
It was bustling with people.
There was a large supermarket in the basement of the shopping mall, a 3-minute walk to the left from the hotel.
