The service was really excellent! It's very close to the subway exit and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. I brought my elderly father for a follow-up appointment, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm, even opening the door for us. The housekeeping staff were very polite and always greeted us proactively. The environment and hygiene were both good. We were in a hurry at the time, and my father was waiting alone in the lobby. A young lady at the front desk took great care of him.

The room was spacious, but overall a bit dated. The first room we were given didn't have a handheld showerhead, which was inconvenient for my elderly family members. We asked the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room. The breakfast was decent, though for someone from Guangdong, the flavors and variety might not be what they're used to. The most alarming thing happened right before we left: the toilet kept flushing non-stop, causing water to overflow from the bowl. It was quite a shock! Luckily, we'd stayed three days without issue, and thankfully it wasn't sewage that overflowed, or it would have been a real disaster!

Sanitation: Perhaps because of the floor-to-ceiling windows, there was a lot of dust that hadn't been cleaned when we checked in. The railing was also a bit chipped. We had a floor-to-ceiling window room, but there was a large pillar in the middle, which was quite inconvenient. If you draw the curtains during the day, some light still seeps through.
Facilities: The TV worked great, no complaints there.
Service: The service was excellent. They even offered us plum juice when we checked in.
Overall, this hotel is pretty good.

1: If you choose this hotel, take exit G1 from Zhonglou subway station, walk straight for less than 100 meters, and you'll be there. Exit G2 is right next to BaWangChaJi.
2: It's incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there are three shops: a hotpot restaurant and two noodle shops. The hotpot place has people queuing even late at night. One of the noodle shops had already sold out of paomo when we went in the evening. There's a Weijia Liangpi (cold noodle) shop just to the upper right, directly in front of the hotel entrance, if you want to go there, there's an underpass.
3: However, the room was really small. I specifically chose the largest room available besides the family room – did I make a mistake? Just like in the pictures, it's very tiny. Our suitcase could only fit under the TV. But oddly, the bathroom was very spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The mirror inside was big enough for three people to brush their teeth simultaneously. The room was extremely small; I was shocked when we first entered. It felt a bit claustrophobic. Choose with caution. I don't think this is a good aspect.

Facilities: Very complete, everything is new, and cleanliness is excellent. 
Hygiene: Housekeeping comes daily to clean the room and provide new toiletries.
Environment: The rooms are well soundproofed from each other. The location is easy to find, close to Exit C of Beidajie. 
Service: All the front desk staff are very helpful and can quickly resolve issues.

The location is excellent; it's just across the traffic light from the subway station, and across the street is Shaanxi TV Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Kudi Hotel is also close by. As for the hotel itself, it's spacious, well-insulated, has a great view, and large windows. The hallways are also nice. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and great service.

The room was great and very clean. It's super convenient, less than a 5-minute walk from Anyuanmen subway station. The service was excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect – central yet quiet. It's rare to find a room with 6 bottles of water provided, which was a really nice touch.

Amenities: The Xiaodu smart system is great, and all the toiletries meet daily needs. The projector screen is also excellent.
Hygiene: The room was very clean.
Environment: The hotel has an artistic atmosphere, and the room is very cozy. Just outside is the famous Muslim Quarter, a street full of delicious food, which is very convenient and only a five-minute walk away.
Service: The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and proactively provided us with kids' toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers since we had a child. The male staff were also very polite and greeted us every time. Thumbs up.
Service: I do have one complaint. Since this is a pet-friendly hotel, the manager shouldn't be so difficult. If you're going to limit dog size, then fine, but charging a deposit (which is refundable after check-out) is understandable, yet this is the only pet-friendly hotel that charges a deposit and differentiates pet sizes. The manager claimed it was a discussion, but we stood at the entrance with our luggage and child for almost ten minutes without any further attention from them. It was only after the cleaning lady contacted the front desk to confirm our check-in that we were able to get into our room. Then, that manager kept peeking into our room to check on my dog and even arranged for staff to spray disinfectant... It really affected our mood and experience.

Location is excellent, right Xiaozhai metro station in lively part of Xi'an. But back form the street, so quiet.  The rooms were great, staff very friendly, breakfast small but fine, self-serve laundry which only took 20 minutes.  Would definitely stay here again.  谢谢你们！

The environment is very good, the room is very exquisite, and it is very close to the subway entrance. Contacting customer service was also resolved in a timely manner. There was a short-haired hotel customer service lady who was very nice and helped us adjust the TV at night. Overall it was pretty good.

Ventilator in my bathroom is spoilt so when we did big number, the smell lingers in the room. The only solution they gave was air fresheners and we stayed there for 4 nights. 

One of my taobao parcel also went missing. Prolly stolen by other guests.

Location was not the best because there’s no direct access to main road so we had to lug our hugeass luggages frm the mainroad in. And there are steps from outside into the reception too.

The rest seem to be good. Room is pretty, robot delivery of 外卖 to our room, has lift and free usage of communal washing machine + dryer.

The room is small but has everything you need. It's a convenient 15-minute walk from the train station and just a 5-minute walk from the subway. Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum are also only a 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of food options nearby, including shengjian bao, noodles, soup dumplings, and guoluo (pan-fried dumplings). The staff are very friendly and helpful; they allowed a late check-out and even brought my laundry back to the room after it was done. There's a small gym, perfect for a quick workout while waiting for your laundry. 😛

We originally booked a king-size bed room, but since we had two kids with us, they upgraded us for free to a tatami room. It was more than enough space for all four of us to sleep comfortably, and the kids absolutely loved playing on the tatami mats. It was also super convenient to move the small table onto the tatami for meals. Plus, this hotel is incredibly close to the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, Suzhou Museum, Pingjiang Road, and the subway, making it incredibly easy to get around and sightsee. We were absolutely delighted! To top it all off, when we checked out, they even gave the kids some fruit, candies, and three fridge magnets. Such a thoughtful touch! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. 

Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.
