The room was clean and simple, and the staff were very friendly. The heating in the lobby and the room was excellent. Overall, the experience was good, though the soundproofing was a bit lacking – I could hear cars racing down the street at night. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water for guests, and before I left, the front desk even asked if I wanted to take a bottle for the road, which was very thoughtful. It's close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, and the views are also nice.

The room was overall clean and comfortable. The pillows they have are really comfortable to sleep on. I want the same one. In addition, there are charging stations in the underground garage for convenient charging at any time, and children's supplies are also provided. The front desk staff is also very considerate

The room, ambiance, and service were all excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept wonderfully, and it was very quiet. I highly recommend everyone stay here. I've already told my friends about it; it was a fantastic experience. Plus, it's very close to the Bell Tower.

Facilities: Fully equipped, with food delivery robots, a gym, and a laundry room.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Comfortable.
Service: Warm and welcoming. They gave me a framed gift bag with paper-cuttings on it, and offered me an umbrella to take with me when I left because it was raining. However, I declined since the rain had mostly stopped and it was close to the subway station.
I would definitely choose this place again if I visit Xi'an again.

Everything is good. 

They only have one washing machine and heater.  So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks. 



Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast. 

She is professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made a big difference. I truly appreciate her dedication to her works.

The hotel is located around 12 mins walking distance from Anyannmen station so taking the luggage to the hotel can be a bit inconvenient. It is a few stations from the city center but the metro line 2 is quite easy to take.

The room was clean when we checked in. However, we found that daily housekeeping service did not replace the cups in the room (cup handle was loose).

The breakfast was good but with few vegetarian items. The staff were helpful and polite.
The walls are a bit thin and you can hear sounds from the corridor or adjacent rooms. Otherwise, it is quite well for the price range.

Highly recommended! I booked this for a friend before, and they insisted I write a good review, so this time I decided to stay here myself. The hotel's address is listed as Beidajie, but I walked from the Bell Tower and got there in about ten minutes – super easy to find. There's even a Northeastern cuisine restaurant right next door, haha. The room wasn't huge, but it's a rare bright room with a window (most hotels near Xi'an's Bell Tower have windowless, dark rooms, which is a nightmare!). To get a room with a window at this price is absolutely fantastic. Too bad I didn't take any pictures. The room was clean and tidy, the towels and toiletries were thick and spotless, and the facilities were very new. Breakfast was also included. When I asked if they could heat something for me during breakfast, the kitchen staff immediately apologized, saying the microwave was on the first floor. The staff were warm, professional, and had a great attitude. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends.

The environment is very good, the room is very exquisite, and it is very close to the subway entrance. Contacting customer service was also resolved in a timely manner. There was a short-haired hotel customer service lady who was very nice and helped us adjust the TV at night. Overall it was pretty good.

I've stayed here before and booked it again. Since it wasn't peak season, I was able to check in early. The room, although not huge, had excellent soundproofing. It was very quiet, so I slept really well. The hotel's location is great, making transportation and getting around very convenient. I was in Suzhou for a concert, and even though the venue wasn't super close, getting back to the hotel afterwards was still easy.

This is a newly opened hotel, and all the room facilities are beautiful and brand new. It's clean and hygienic, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. In the morning, I wanted to have breakfast, and the front desk staff even took me to the restaurant to check out the options before I committed to buying, which really shows how much they care about their guests. The breakfast has a wide variety and is affordable, and the restaurant staff are also very warm and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

**Location:** We picked this hotel primarily for its excellent proximity to attractions. It's just a 3-5 minute walk to places like the Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Pingjiang Road. 

**Facilities:** The amenities were decent. Our room had a large bed and a tatami mat area, which was ideal for our family of three. Our child absolutely loved the tatami. 

**Cleanliness:** While the room was generally clean, the housekeeping wasn't quite as meticulous as it could have been. The coffee table on the tatami mat, for instance, was a bit dirty. 

**Service:** Since it's an older building without an elevator, the staff were very helpful and offered to carry our suitcases to our room.

The tourist attraction Gulou is only a 3-minute walk to the right.
Meals are buffet style and the watermelons are large and delicious.
Just before that is the Gulou Zhubaocheng Shopping Mall.
It was bustling with people.
There was a large supermarket in the basement of the shopping mall, a 3-minute walk to the left from the hotel.
