I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. 

The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. 

I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. 

The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. 

I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. 

In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

J had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites. 

The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort. 

The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker. 

One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there. 

In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good! 

Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful. The front desk originally had to upgrade the sunny family room, but I felt that some waste had not changed. The tour was very close to the tiger stone pigeon nest. The blush Qin Tiantian could also be directly clicked.
The sanitation is relatively clean, and the aunt cleans it very fragrantly;
The facilities are that the room bathing facilities are a bit problematic, the water hits people are very painful, and there is no way to go upstairs to the front desk to get it;
The service staff is very efficient in solving the problem, and the questions raised by the guests will be reminded of each other, so the check-in and check-out are very pleasant. The only thing is that there is an aunt knocking on the door at around 8 o'clock in the morning on the check-out day, but the lights at our door are not disturbed. The overall stay is more pleasant

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new. Stepping into the lobby, you immediately feel comfortable – it's spacious and bright. We booked a family room, which was huge, and the bedding was very comfortable. The toilet, shower, and vanity are all in separate areas, which greatly increases flexibility and efficiency – a huge plus.

All rooms have smart controls, a blessing for those who love convenience.

Elevators require a room key card for access, ensuring good security.

The hotel has ample parking, and it's free for guests.

Cleanliness: Everywhere was spotless and tidy, very satisfied.

Environment: The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get around. Yongqingfang, Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, Beijing Road, Guangxiao Temple… all these must-visit attractions are nearby. There are also tons of great restaurants in the area; you'll never run out of dining options.

Service: I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel's service. My high schooler forgot his homework and could only print it from a photo. We asked the hotel to help print it, and the front desk lady immediately agreed without hesitation and with a fantastic attitude. After printing, she even had a robot deliver it to our room – we were so grateful! Throughout the entire hotel, whether it was the front desk, the cleaning staff, or the breakfast team, everyone greeted us with a smile and a warm hello, which made us feel very welcome.

This hotel will definitely be our top choice again next time we visit Guangzhou.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is very good, and the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet. The price is really good value for money. The front desk customer service is enthusiastic, there are many breakfast varieties, which are suitable for Guangzhou people's taste, and porridge is delivered in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay experience!

I stayed here on both my departure and arrival flights to Yantai. The hotel is just amazing and you can get a room on the highest floor with a great view to the city. It’s also very close to so many attractions here such as the golden beach and Tian square. I just went for a stroll and walked everywhere on foot. The gym has also a gym and nice coffee shop and bar. U can also have a nice breakfast in the morning.
All in all, my experience here was great and I definitely recommend it for any future guests. Oh and there’s also a flower shop u can visit. They also helped me with drying my clothes which I left here for 6 days and picked them up on my way back. They were folded nicely. The service is absolutely fantastic.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were complete and practical, the toiletries were high-quality, and the hot water supply was stable. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both efficient. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and recommend it to friends.
