The price was very reasonable, and being located in the heart of Kuta made getting around super easy. The hotel was clean and the decor was charming. When I accidentally left my key card in the room, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was also delicious!

This hotel offers really great value for money! It's super close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk, and there are tons of delicious Western restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is absolutely unbeatable!

The hotel breakfast was fantastic! We stayed for several days, and the menu changed daily, so there was always a pleasant surprise each morning.

We also tried the hotel's spa service. A therapist came to our room with all the equipment, and the price was reasonable. It was so convenient, especially after a long day when you just don't want to go out searching for a spa.

The room itself was pretty standard but clean and tidy. Our first room was a bit noisy because it was too close to the street, but when we mentioned it to the hotel, they promptly moved us to another room.

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. 

Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. 

In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. 

If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. 

If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. 

Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

I have two bookings. The first one was booked by my sister. And we got room in level 5 apartment style with queen bed. But, tbh it was not like hotel room. Dirty, mold, and I’m not sure about air circulation inside the room. So we move coz I have paid and not impossible to find other hotel room in peak season in the middle of night at 02.00 (I just came into the room). They fixed it. We got other same room in level 2 or 3 I forget. Yeah so far is just okay. But the owner or management need to fix the issue coz there’s mold in the hotel room. It should not be open for accepting the reservation!

The room provided was spacious, but it was rather basic and felt more like a normal apartment than a hotel apartment. The air conditioning was not properly serviced and was dusty. An iron was not provided in the room, and when we requested one, we were informed that all the irons were already in use.

On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of food. The swimming pool was also large and beautiful.

We were offered a seafood buffet on the second night, even though the brochure clearly stated that the buffet was only available on Saturdays and Sundays. We were informed by the cafe that they had extended the buffet, so we booked  in advance on the first day of our stay, immediately after checking in.

We confirmed the availability of the buffet three times with the hotel to make sure that everything was in order. However, on Monday afternoon, the hotel cancelled the buffet themselves, citing a “miscommunication”.

This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We had made the booking in advance and repeatedly confirmed it with the hotel, only to have the hotel cancel it at the last minute due to their own internal miscommunication.

Overall, it was quite an unpleasant experience.
1. Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room.
We specifically booked a non-smoking room, and the receptionist clearly confirmed that the room assigned to us was non-smoking. We even signed the T&C agreement. However, we later found out that the room was actually a smoking room. Ridiculous! We ended up staying one night in that room and, thankfully, after making a complaint, the hotel managed to arrange a non-smoking room for us the following day.

2. Avoid booking a connecting room unless you’re travelling with friends or family.
The soundproofing between the connecting rooms is really poor. We could easily hear the guests next door talking and laughing loudly, even after midnight. We had already complained to the receptionist, and although they lowered their voices for a while, the noise started again afterwards and we could still hear them clearly.

To be fair, there are some positives:
1. Good location
2. Wide variety of breakfast options
3. Comfortable bed and pillows

The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The breakfast selection at the hotel is extensive, and it changes daily, so it never gets boring. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I booked this hotel because it was close to where I had to work. The room itself was decent, but the hairdryer wasn't very good and the bathroom door didn't close properly. However, the hotel breakfast and service were both excellent, and the restaurant food was quite tasty. Overall, it was a good stay.

The coffee cups at breakfast weren't clean, and while there was a good variety of breakfast options, they weren't very tasty. The hotel's location is good, with a shopping mall nearby. Overall, it's decent. The rooms are a bit old but comfortable.
