Outstanding Reception Team

I would like to sincerely appreciate the hotel reception team, especially M. Bin Zafar, Fazal Habib Khan, and Zafir Zubair. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay.

What stood out most was how thoughtful and full of care they were. They went out of their way to assist us, accommodate our requests, and make sure everything was taken care of. Their attitude and willingness to help truly made our experience much more pleasant.

A big thank you to all three of them for their excellent hospitality. They are a real asset to the hotel, and their service deserves recognition. Highly recommended!

Impressed by Receptionist Aqsa way of handling checkin or check out situations and all other stuff was good

I really enjoyed my trip as it was a great experience with a lot of different factors like beautiful views, good location and a great atmosphere where a limited but enjoyable food experience in morning breakfast. A family environment few members were able to pick for appreciation like Chef DC Aurangzaib, Qaddafi, Umer and front desk staff members Mr. Huzaifa, Palwasha, Amaad, and Anosh, Car parking staff were very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Haroon.front of house member Mr. Moin. Over all special thanks to Trip customer service team very helpful and professional and available for help 24/7 and resolve the issues.
Overall a value of money and pleasure experience.

Over all good, food is really good but service is not good, fist day when I woke up wastherroom was out of water, I called reception many times but after two hours nobody came or every time when I call they said let us check, finally I have to go to reception and bring their manager along with me

Feels like home !! Everything was top notch. Staff was super cooperative and even prepared food the way i wanted without spices 😇.

Staff were friendly. Room was quite spacious and extremely tidy. Would recommend.
