This hotel, located in the bustling tourist area of Senso-ji Temple, was surprisingly good in every aspect. I would happily stay here again if I have the chance. The hotel's decor is quite new, and the double-door design at the lobby entrance does an excellent job of blocking out street noise. The room's layout was clearly well-designed; though small, it had an opening window for ventilation. Moreover, the bathroom was much larger and more comfortable than those in similar hotels, featuring a hot spring inn-like design, and the Refa faucet was a nice touch. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiled, attentive to guests' needs. Both the rooms and public areas were impeccably clean, superior to the cleanliness typically found in a three-star hotel.

The location is super convenient, especially for travelers flying in and out of Haneda Airport – this is definitely the top choice. It's just one subway stop to the airport, and not a long walk from the subway station. There are also convenience stores nearby, and the walk from the subway station to the hotel isn't far either.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 480 meters from the subway station, with the famous Skytree visible from nearby. The hotel lobby is grand and opulent, giving off a luxurious vibe. Even though the hotel has over 20 floors, the four elevators run simultaneously, so there's never a wait. While the rooms are not huge and show some signs of age, the layout is practical and very functional. The service is exceptional; the front desk staff are warm and attentive, and they processed my check-in quickly even before the official check-in time. When I requested an extra blanket, it was delivered within minutes. Housekeeping cleans daily, and the staff are always cheerful and courteous. There are several convenience stores near the hotel, and numerous restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk away. You can also find high-end and mid-range shopping malls in the vicinity. Best of all, the subway offers multiple lines, making transportation incredibly convenient.

The location is decent, right next to Shibuya Parco, about a 12-minute walk from Shibuya Station. If you're okay with that distance, it's quite convenient. All in all, it's pretty standard, but its good location is definitely a plus.

This is just a standard budget hotel near the airport, yet with taxes, it cost over 900 RMB. Maybe that's just how expensive things are in Japan. The main issue was that the room's cleanliness, facilities, and overall environment were quite average. The only upside is that it's incredibly close to Narita Airport, and there's a free shuttle bus that takes you directly there – it's literally just two turns and you're there in 5 minutes.

Room is tiny, but the bathroom is of a nice size. If you have a suitcase, there would be no space to open it up. I was staying only for a night and luckily only had a backpack. The TV volume is loud even at the minimal. Love the controls on the pad next to the bed. Room is clean, with nice view of the city. Service at check-in was very friendly, but early check-in is not allowed. Sufficient amount of amenities provided, including pyjama. There is a small fridge and safe in the room. Breakfast is provided in a restaurant outside of the hotel (but same building) the spread is small but tasty enough. I would stay again for short work trips to this part of town. 
Also there is a combini and some restaurants in the same building as the hotel.
