The price is well balanced and the cost performance is good.
However, I mistook the location of the hotel for the hotel next door.
When applying online, the hotel name was the old name (Iwaki Hotel), so it would be good if it was known by the same name as the side sign.
The breakfast was also good for a service. It is important to remember when applying online that there is an affiliated parking lot for those who come by car. (I overlooked it.)

1番上の広い部屋に泊まったのですが、とっても広くて快適でした。またウェルカムドリンクだったりアメニティも様々でとても良かったです。個人的には廊下のところにマッサージチェアが置いてあって満喫させてもらいました。

I am satisfied with the facilities, cleanliness and price of the hotel, but the lady at the front desk was unfriendly and uncomfortable from check-in. Completely clerical response without looking at it.
I thought that the parking lot (second parking lot) was free, but the fee was 700 yen. Is that so? Yes. The conversation ends. No explanation. (The parking fee is borne by the hotel on the hotel sticker. The third parking lot is charged.) I gave up because I didn't want to talk any more. If you ask for an additional breakfast, you will be surprised when the price is presented on the calculator! It is a satisfying hotel except the front desk.

Stayed in a single room for one night in May 2024

- The room was clean.

[Cons]
- No explanation of amenities or bath facilities was given at check-in.
- The bathroom dressing room was small.
- I couldn't find the size of the loungewear next to the elevator.
- The convenience store was a little far away.
- The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from the next room.

[Overall Review]
This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Iwaki Station.

I was taking a foot bath at the next affiliated hotel. Also, there were many free services such as breakfast and night meal ramen, which was helpful. (It's just July 2026)

I'm sorry, but I may be disappointed if I apply for a business hotel that salaried men usually use.
However, the staff was able to spend a homely feeling with a polite response, so I didn't feel any big dissatisfaction.

This is my second stay.
The response of the woman at the front desk is as good as ever.
I used it again because it was cheap even though it had breakfast buffet.
If you want to say, when you start cleaning up during the meal, you feel that you are not calm at all and are rushed, so I would like you to improve the start cleaning up at the same time as the reception ends at 8:45. The customer's feeling is quite different just by getting them to start cleaning up 15 minutes later.

At the front desk, the reception ends at 8:45 until 9:00. While the guide is that, it's a little bit that the cleaning starts from 8:45 ...
Other customers came in before 8:45, but they said, ”I'll start cleaning up in 2.3 minutes, but can I eat it? Then take it quickly.” I thought it was amazing.
Also, the bread was hard. When I cleaned it up, I was in a plastic bag on the spot, even though I should have done it in the kitchen, so I thought. Then I'm worried about hygiene.

You can have one drink at the front desk, but now there are many hotels with free drinks, so I thought it was only one cup ...

Also, don't you need posters such as ”Let's keep social distance” anymore?

A very family-type business hotel. Friendly people at reception and breakfast

No complainants regards the hotel. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the station on a quiet residential street with dining options surrounding and closer to the station.

I used this hotel as a place to sleep after a drinking party with friends from another prefecture. It's close to the bar district and a little old, but it has a washlet, which is nice. It's rare to find a place to stay at this price, so I'll definitely use it again. 
Locking and opening the room door requires some skill due to the way it's built, but it's within the realm of possibility, and the large, free parking lot is also a plus.

Close to Shengtian Station and convenient transportation.
Breakfast is booked one day in advance for 600 yen, which tastes good.
Unfortunately, I didn't experience the bath on the first floor.
Will consider booking next time

A classic business hotel but without the aged carpet and interior. The room was comfortable and warm. Sheets were new.

Drink service was excellent. They even had Milk Tea and Cocoa Powder.

Only negative was that reception has plastic screen up still which depersonalises the check-in experience. Still staff was good and amenity selection was very good.

Breakfast was a good selection and enjoyable.

Plus you can use sento showing your room key at I believe two different places.

The location is very good, right next to the west exit of Katsuta Station. The hygiene and breakfast are good, but the exterior wall was under maintenance when I stayed there, and the windows were sealed with plastic and could not be opened.

The hotel is a convenient 5-minute walk from Sakuragicho, making it easy to get around Yokohama on foot. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are clean and complete. The room isn't small, the bedding is comfortable, and I appreciated being able to check in at 2 PM and check out at 12 PM the next day. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I got a job to go to Pia Arena MM. 
The staff were friendly and the room was ok
Unfortunately, it's an old building, so it smells a little bit in the bathroom. 
It was hard to turn off and turn off the tap. 
But it's not cleaned well or something like that 😄
But there is a hot spring in the basement, so I enjoyed it well and the amenities are good.
Recommended for those who go to Pia Arena Yokohama

It's was a quest to find it — it has no signs outside. I've just came into other hotel to ask about this capsule paradise, and it turned out that it's on this hotel's underground floor (how should I guess?)

The stay itself was perfect. Sauna was hot enough, and all facilities were clean and equipped with all necessary stuff. Dining room is quiet small, but it unexpectedly has a massage chair, wow. Really recommend that place
