The room was super spacious and well-designed. The shower had great water pressure, and there was a complimentary kettle and water available. However, after we put up the 'please clean' sign, the cleaning staff entered our room and used the hotel's bottled water, but didn't actually clean the room or refill the tissues. They even swapped our 'please clean' sign for a 'do not disturb' sign, which made it feel like they were cutting corners.

This hotel is very cost-effective, near Plaza Catalunya, much cheaper than those hotels on the Plaza, it is suitable for a person to travel, early morning flight 5 minutes walk to the airport bus on the Plaza.

Hotel in a very good location and well served by transport (bus, metro, ER).
Limonade is available and it makes great pleasure under a great heat.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. 

I had two nights experience in this hotel. Totally it was great. Staff were so kind,friendly and helpful. this is very important for me. room was clean but small.
location was the best options. located in Gran via Ave. near to Metro and different shops.

The first day I stayed in a room of over 500 and it didn't feel very good. The next day I changed to a room of over 600 which was clean and hygienic. The room smelled good.

The hotel has a strategic location, 50 meters away from the train station and a 2-minute walk away. It is also very close to the city center, 900 meters away and about 10 minutes' walk. All attractions can be reached on foot. Although it is very close to the train station, the room is very quiet. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and bright. Will come again when I have time.
