Great location with eateries just opposite the hotel. It is within walking distance to many of the attractions in Tainan.
The lobby at the hotel has a large and well equipped kitchen with plenty of sitting places.
Bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the bath is powerful.
The receptionists are very helpful and friendly.
I had a nice stay there!

Great value for money! 👍 The room wasn't tiny, though it was a bit dim and not super bright, but for the price, it was definitely worth it. The environment was comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's close to the MRT station, about a 5-6 minute walk from the hotel. Plus, Dihua Street and Dadaocheng are just a 10-minute walk away! 👍

The basement room offers good value for money. However, the soundproofing is poor, and the exhaust fan was noisy all night. It's very close to the Taipei Dome and 101. Overall, I'd recommend it for light sleepers, it's super [missing word, perhaps 'convenient' or 'cheap'?], and very affordable. It only took 15 minutes to get back after the Mayday concert.

This Hotel is a perfect choice, rooms are very spacious, bathroom is huge, location is great, it's close and easy to walk to Zongshan MRT station and this area has lots of great retail stores and restaurants , Taipei main station is walk-able around 1.2Km but if you are tired you will take a taxi, very convenient to take the express MRT from airport to Taipei main station in 35 minutes, there is a big supermarket right next to the hotel having very good stuff, there are a lot of 7 eleven and family mart stores around you, if you are a gym guy there are lots of 24h gyms near the hotel...also there is a 24h self service laundry store in front of the hotel....breakfast is great, I'm a egg lover guy and they serve perfect scrambled eggs, they also serve pineapples, passion fruit, home made yogurt and lots of good stuff, they have some Chinese items that you may not like, overall their breakfast is perfect....you can enjoy 24h free freshly brewed coffee at their lobby whenever you want and it's great....the only downside I noticed in their rooms is the lake of power outlets, there is only one row of power outlets on the front desk of the room, there are no outlets beside your bed or any where else which was really uncomfortable if you would like to charge your mobile or laptop while sitting on the bed.....sorry for my long review but I just enjoyed my stay there and wanted to share my experience in details

I chose to stay at this hotel again because my last experience was so positive. 😊

One of the biggest conveniences is its proximity to the airport, just about a seven-minute drive. It's incredibly time-saving and convenient, making it ideal for anyone catching a flight. ✈️

The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of choices, but what truly touched us was that after learning we are vegetarian, the chef specially prepared vegetarian dishes for us. This thoughtfulness and dedication not only met our dietary needs but also made us feel a deep sense of care and respect. 🥬🥦

A satisfactory stay is about good facilities, but a truly memorable one is about human warmth. Grateful for the meticulous care from the hotel staff, which added a touch of warmth to our journey. 🙏🌸

This is our 2nd night booking here in city suites. We extend our stay due to typhoon and change our room from with windows to no windows both rooms are very spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel smells really good and the staff are very accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay here very convenient and very accessible.

Great location, 2 minutes walk away from the pier 2.   The culture shops in warehouses are 1 minutes away.   It is also right next to the international music center with beautiful architecture, as well as a park around.   Light rails and bus stops are also close by.   Great trail along the water way. The rotating bridge, the longest in Aisa rotates every day  3pm SHARP,  is right in sight.   Plenty restaurants and shops on the other side of the water way across the bridge.     Many noodle shops (at least 3) as well as convenient stores  are within walking distance.   The hotel room is relatively small, but cozy.  It is clean and has good layout inside.    The room has a good view of the street.  The hotel staff are also friendly, quite accessible and helpful, with one exception when one of the days it ran out of tooth paste, which is unreasonably expensive if you had to buy one in OK shop right next to the hotel.   The hotel provides a coffee machine with free ground coffee, very convenient if you want to grab a cup of Americano or cappocciino in the morning right out of the bed.   The hotel also provides laundry facilities in the basement with a washer and a dryer, even though the capacity is way over the amount of worn clothes in several days.  Had wished the hotel had a simple gym, well, I guess I have to do without this time.   Overall it has been a good staying experience.
