I've been to Bangkok many times, and this trip was a quick one with limited time, so I chose a hotel in a bustling area. Being located above MBK was incredibly convenient. There's plenty of food downstairs, and a 7-Eleven is also nearby. Even if the weather is bad, you don't need an umbrella as there's a direct walkway connecting to MBK shopping center. Breakfast was included, and I managed to grab a quick bite even when I was in a hurry. The selection was diverse, and the food was good. The room was spacious and complimentary bottled water was provided, which was drinkable. Overall, I was very satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the staff helped with my luggage, and when I left, they even helped push it to the driver and load it into the car. The front desk service was also excellent! I would definitely choose Pathumwan Princess Hotel Bangkok again if I have the chance next time! 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our family had an amazing stay at Dusit Princess! The level of customer service was truly outstanding and exceeded every expectation we had. From check-in to check-out, every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable.

The moment that impressed us the most was when we entered our room and found that they had already set up an extra bed for us. Since they knew we were traveling as a family, they thoughtfully prepared it without us even having to request it. It was such a pleasant surprise and made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. It’s those thoughtful touches that turn a great stay into an unforgettable one.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with a warm smile.

Thank you, Dusit Princess, for making our family vacation so special. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our family and friends, and we can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Thailand!

I chose to stay here because I had business at the Pom Prap Sattru Phai District Office and it's within walking distance. The only issue was that the air conditioning in the room was quite warm. Even after they tried to fix it and I switched rooms, it was still hot. I asked my relative who booked another room, and they also said their AC wasn't very cool, making it hard to sleep. Other than that, everything else was good.

This was my first time in Malacca, and it was also my birthday. I requested a room with a nice view if possible, and not only did I get a great view, but the room was also beautifully decorated for my birthday celebration, which really touched me! All the staff were incredibly kind, and the location was convenient, within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. It was a truly enjoyable trip.

A truly deserving and authentic resort hotel, offering a perfect experience.

1. Upon check-in, the hotel allows you to sit down rather than stand and wait, and thoughtfully provides a freshly prepared cocktail.
2. As the hotel features a dispersed room layout, after check-in, the front desk staff will personally escort you to your room, kindly helping you with your luggage along the way.
3. Umbrellas are readily available at every staircase, elevator, under the eaves, and at restaurant entrances, ensuring you're prepared for any rain.
4. The gym not only provides towels, water, and air conditioning, but also thoughtfully offers small bananas for an energy boost whenever you need it.
5. Even regular service staff can communicate with you in fluent English, and housekeeping staff will proactively and warmly greet you whenever they see you.
6. Every day upon returning, the room is impeccably clean and tidy, creating an incredibly comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

The infinity pool seamlessly connects with the endless beach. I saw many guests lounging there all day.

The overall layout, landscape, and the quality of the rooms at the hotel also provide an indescribable sense of comfort. If there's one regret, it's that the entire hotel is a bit on the small side, as stepping outside the hotel feels like entering a completely different world.
