Front desk staff were friendly and professional.  The room was small with no extras like a kettle etc, but it was adequate and the beds and shower/toilet were clean.
This is a budget hotel conveniently located for East Croydon station, with a small supermarket just across the street and a large shopping centre 10 minutes away on foot.

Bathroom had black spot mould growth, reaction upon entry sore throat and coughing. Reported, new room not given, clean offered. A clean wouldn't have resolved, not an issue of house keeping, this is a result of profit margins first and not customer 'no maintenance or refurb etc'. For a hotel in central London and a room for a disabled guest this is a disgrace. Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou whats happening?

Great location, room was small but perfect for myself and my daughter for one night, close to a supermarket (Sainsbury’s and Waitrose), and close to Earl’s Court tube station, Natural History Museum, Science museum.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable, would definitely stay again.
No tea or coffee making facilities.

Always enjoy staying here. Central location. Just a short walk from Victoria station and coach station. Excellent customer service. Staff are welcoming every time

The room was sufficiently big . For the price i paid . Cant complaint. 

It was the cheapest room compared to my interlaken and lucerne hotel or zermatt. 
Simple.

Slept very poorly but hotel was clean, easy self-service check in and really good location.

Great value and well located, easy 10 min walk from HBf.  Room is basic, but has all you really need, and sleep comes easily.  Have stayed many times over the years, maybe some slight room updates are due - USB ports would be nice and maybe international plug accepting sockets..

Housekeeping maintains rigorous standards, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment that exceeds expectations.

**Walkable Access to the Highlight:**  
One of the hotel's standout features is its accessibility to the city's main attraction. You can effortlessly reach the vibrant city center/historic district/main sights (specify the ”vertex” if possible, e.g., ”the iconic Old Town square” or ”the main shopping district”) on foot. It's a pleasant and manageable 20 to 30-minute stroll, allowing you to soak in the local ambiance without relying on transport. This walkability puts the heart of the destination right at your doorstep, perfect for spontaneous exploration.

It was simple, but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The sink was a little high, so shorter guests might find it difficult to wash their face. I stayed for four nights and had no problems. It was also easily accessible, with the subway station just one minute away, which takes you directly to Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia, making it perfect for sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Spain again!
