It is ideal if you will visit Universal Studios Beijing because it is very near from the hotel also they provide free shuttle. Though it is a little bit far from the city but it has a metro station near the hotel which makes it easier to travel by metro. Also, beside the hotel is a mall and supermarket which is very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel entrance is very noticeable, and the location is excellent, with easy access to a supermarket, pharmacy, and a mall nearby. Both bus stops and subway stations are very convenient. The room facilities are comprehensive, featuring a fresh air system and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The hotel staff are also very attentive and enthusiastic. The restaurant is also great, with a rich and varied menu. I really like this hotel. The gym equipment is free to use, and the washing machines are both washers and dryers. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends. It's a really good hotel, thank you to the staff.

Overall, I'm really disappointed.
They said it was a new hotel, but it's clearly just a renovation; some facilities are still quite old. The air purifier made a strange noise, and when I unplugged it, the outlet cover actually fell off...
I requested a quiet room, but they didn't accommodate that. There was noise both at night and in the morning, very loud, so I barely slept all night.
The breakfast was unappetizing and there wasn't much variety.
The service was mediocre. I checked out in the morning, and then at noon, they called to ask if I was extending my stay and where my room key was....
It's been a long time since I've stayed in such a bad hotel.

The hotel is very clean and well decorated! The supplies are complete and the Wi-Fi is fast! The parking lot is very large and conveniently located at the gate. There is also a supermarket on the first floor where you can buy water, snacks and other items you need! The front desk lady is also very warm and beautiful. I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

Though it's not a big hotel the design of the room and amenities are very good. The hotel has everything it should have for a customer. I really love talking to Xiaodu, the digital AI who can control all the switch of the electrical equipment in the room or even tell you the weather forecast. The laundry room and iron equipment are also handy for long-term stay travellers. The robot who can guide customers to their rooms or even call you up on hotel's phone when it came in front of your room's door to deliver your ordered food was also lovely and added a bit of a good surprise!!

Facilities: Very new, but lacks windows, which is a slight drawback.
Cleanliness: Spotless, bright and clean.
Environment: Very satisfied; the best value for money among the surrounding hotels.
Service: Generally satisfactory, but the free room upgrade was not honored. Perhaps due to limited availability, as the front desk offered an upgrade but it wasn't actually done.

Choosing this eLong Hotel during my visit to Oriental Movie Metropolis was a fantastic experience! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Sunac Mall and Star Island Coral Bridge, and it's also very convenient for seaside strolls. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, and the sea-view rooms offer unparalleled views.

This newly opened hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable, and the rooms are super spacious, over 30 square meters! There are a few other hotels nearby, but this one has the newest facilities and offers the best experience. The front desk staff was also great; they even gave me a late checkout for free. For this price, the value for money is absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This stay was absolutely flawless, a definite five-star experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by the lobby's ambiance. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. They even thoughtfully recommended some local attractions. The room itself was quite perfect – spacious, bright, and every detail exuded quality. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area with brand new facilities. The hotel's gym had all the equipment needed for a good workout. The breakfast was incredibly diverse, with fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. The location was also fantastic, very close to both the high-speed train station and bus stops, making travel a breeze. There were plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The next time I'm in the area, this hotel will definitely be my top choice!

From the check-in, you can experience the hotel's intentions. The front desk has treasure chests for guests (hand cream, mouthwash, floss, hair rings, warm treasure stickers and brown sugar ginger tea for women, etc.). The aroma of the room smells good, the facilities are very complete, there is an air purifier, the bath towel is in the disinfection cabinet, and it is very safe to use. There are 4 bottles of water in the room, and there are free drinks in the small refrigerator. The set suite is south-facing. The curtains in the room are automatically opened. The sun is too beautiful. You can also see the view of the Great Pearl Mountain in the distance. Takeaway can be delivered to the door of the room by robot, and you can also make an appointment for breakfast to the room. The price is very high and I am very satisfied. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Huangdao.

This trip to Wuhan, I chose to stay at the eLong Hotel, and it was a really great choice! The location is excellent, very close to both the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge. The hotel environment is clean and tidy. The front desk service was absolutely superb; the staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly warm, thoughtful, attentive, and responsible. Truly, truly fantastic! Many thanks!

The sanitation is particularly clean, no smell, the bed is soft and comfortable, the overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the service is meticulous and polite, the restaurant tastes very good, the surrounding travel is also very convenient, the overall experience is very good, really good 👍👍👍
