Great room, lots of space and easy check in. Would have liked a kettle and tea making facilities in room.

It’s ok, breakfast is nice, restaurant and bar area is also good, food was excellent. There’s no gym and the pool is closed from mid September onwards so. It much to do unfortunately. There’s no usb sockets in the rooms and I also had to ask for an iron and ironing board. It’s ok I probably wouldn’t stay again though I think there are better options .

The location is very good! The subway is just opposite, very convenient. The surrounding environment is also good. The only thing to note is that it is a bit noisy at night and there are many people near the subway. It is best not to have a room facing the street.

Very nice hotel! Super friendly, customer-friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Nice room with good bed. And, very important to me, very quiet: no noise pollution from outside or from the other rooms! Also great: no music anywhere, not at the reception and not in the breakfast room. 
A bit far from the city, but bus 161 stops in front of the door (buy a public transport card from a machine in a station and load 10 journeys on it. NB in ​​Madrid you do not pay per distance/time, but per journey and transfers are often necessary). 
A few points for improvement: 
- the restaurant turned out not to be open for lunch and dinner in the winter season, which was not mentioned when buying a room. Not neat. Room service with very limited and quite expensive options. Disappointing. 
- the fruit at breakfast was not ripe so not edible. 
- the older receptionist at check-out was rude. Answered a phone call and while talking to the other person he arranged my business. He said nothing to me. A letdown because the real receptionists were so friendly and polite.
All in all a hotel I will definitely return to: very customer friendly and quiet!

I had a business at a nearby hospital and stayed there. It was easy to move to Callao and Plaza de Espana within walking distance. This is not the first time for Exe Hotel, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.
I would like to use it if I have another chance.

The room was small, the service was mediocre and very perfunctory, there were no toiletries, and the breakfast was terrible.

However, the location is good and convenient for getting around; almost everything is within walking distance of attractions. The price is on the expensive side and not very good value for money.

Overall the hotel was good.
The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.

Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)

My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation

The room is big and the inside is okay, but the bed sheets are a bit old, and the rest are gone. I didn't eat breakfast. I don't know what to do. I left in a hurry.

Friendly, helpful staff. Big, clean room, nice reception with different areas to sit and relax in. Good breakfast with plenty of choice

I stayed at the Exe Isla Cartuja Hotel in Seville and was very pleased with my experience.
Service: The staff were welcoming, professional and always available. Their attentiveness and efficiency contributed greatly to making my stay enjoyable.
Facilities: The rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped, offering all the comforts needed to relax after a day of sightseeing. I regret not having taken a room with a view of the stadium, which would have added a unique touch to the experience. The hotel is quiet and well soundproofed, which guarantees a restful sleep. Another positive point: the hotel has free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car.
Location: The hotel is located a little outside the city center, but this can be an advantage for those looking for peace and quiet and easy access. By car, it is easy to reach the main tourist sites quickly, and the location is ideal for avoiding parking constraints in the center.
Food: The breakfast was of good quality with a varied offer, ideal for starting the day. The presentation and freshness of the products were impeccable, which I particularly liked.
In summary, my stay at the Exe Isla Cartuja hotel exceeded my expectations. The very good value for money, combined with attentive service and comfortable facilities, make this hotel an option that I would definitely recommend to those visiting Seville, especially those traveling by car.

There were a very strong odour in the area, it was very difficult to breathe, I had to leave the hotel around 5 am due to that.
