The handsome guys and beautiful ladies at the front desk are super enthusiastic and have an amazing attitude. They always address our needs and questions promptly. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and the room hygiene is spotless, which is simply fantastic. What's even better is that the Huangguang Plaza subway station is just a right turn from the exit. Plus, there's a smart assistant (Xiao Du), and the projector delivers super clear visuals. They even offer free laundry and drying services. From 8 PM to 10 PM, there's even a bowl of congee available; we just need to scan the QR code nearby, and someone will deliver it to us. It's truly excellent, mainly because it's just so great!

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff, all young people, provided excellent service. The hotel offers many free amenities, including laundry and drying facilities. I didn't hesitate to extend my stay. I had a wonderful time here; any issues were resolved by the hotel immediately, they were very responsive. My child even received a small gift. It's a great hotel, and I recommend everyone try staying here if you get the chance. It's conveniently located in the city center with easy access to transportation.

Facilities: It's advertised as a five-diamond hotel, but staying here felt more like an upscale guesthouse! 🏠 The room had my preferred natural wood style, 🪵 with cozy and stylish decor. The bedding was very soft, and the pillow height was just right; even someone like me who has trouble sleeping in new places slept soundly until morning. The facilities were top-notch, with an 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' voice control system for lights and curtains throughout the room, plus a projector for movies.

Service: What I found most thoughtful was the guesthouse-style service. You can scan a QR code to order various little amenities for free, such as makeup remover oil, hair straighteners, and foot bath basins. In the afternoon, there's afternoon tea, and in the evening, a 'goodnight porridge' is delivered to your room. Laundry can also be done for free and returned to you. These details were incredibly touching.

🧁🥛 I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast hours. Before coming here, I had never stayed at a hotel where breakfast was served until 1 PM. We could sleep in comfortably until 11 AM.

Overall: It truly combines the hardware quality of a five-diamond hotel with the warmth and relaxed vibe of a guesthouse!

The environment was also outstanding – the public areas were quiet and elegant, and the afternoon tea area was tastefully decorated. Its proximity to the metro station and attractions made getting around extremely convenient. What truly warmed my heart was the service: laundry service, late check-out, help with luggage delivery, as well as complimentary evening porridge and afternoon tea. You could even scan a QR code to order anything you needed. Every detail was meticulously considered, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's home.

I stumbled upon this hotel and saw it had almost no negative reviews, so I decided to give it a try. The hotel confirmed my check-in details a day in advance and sent various helpful tips. It's conveniently located, well-equipped, and the service is enthusiastic, with quick responses to any requests. There are plenty of dining and drinking options within 100 meters downstairs. I'd highly recommend it for tourists, and it's also very convenient for families with children.

The only downside for me was that after checking out, the staff repeatedly emphasized leaving a good review, and even called to remind me when I hadn't reviewed yet. Honestly, I would have given an honest good review without the催促, I just hadn't gotten around to it because I was already on my way to my next destination. I hope this can be improved.

I chose the Huanzhi Hotel near Wuyi Square and Nanmenkou Metro Station (851 Shuyuan Road) for my trip to Changsha, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Nanmenkou Metro Station, and walking to Wuyi Square and Pozi Street is incredibly convenient, making sightseeing and dining a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and checked me in very quickly, even thoughtfully offering some complimentary snacks. The room was spotlessly clean with no hidden corners, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. In the evening, they offered a comforting 'goodnight porridge,' and the Changsha rice noodles for breakfast were incredibly authentic. The value for money is unbeatable! Attention to detail is evident everywhere. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel during a family trip. There were seven of us, and we booked three rooms. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, they kindly helped us receive and store parcels. I also contacted them several times on WeChat before the trip for assistance and inquiries, and they were always responsive and accommodating.

We checked in very late at night, but the front desk staff were still patient and welcoming, without any sign of inconvenience. The lady who prepared breakfast was also very kind. One of our family members is vegetarian, and she was flexible enough to adjust the noodle soup so that the vegetarian guest could enjoy breakfast as well, which we really appreciated.

The scenery around the hotel is beautiful. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station, but aside from that, everything was very convenient.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and if we have the chance to come back, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is okay, I guess, since I've stayed around here before. The service was also just okay, but the cleanliness, seriously, it was really bad! There were hairs on the bed, on the floor, and in the bathroom. The sink was dirty, and the bedsheets and pillows were also dirty!!! The towels were ragged and dirty too, ugh!!! What bothered me the most was the laundry room. Every time I wanted to do my own laundry, I had to ask the front desk to swipe their card for me to get to the laundry room on the second floor?! That really adds to the front desk's workload! Why can't we just use our room key to get in? Wouldn't that be more convenient? Plus, the laundry room has a glass door, so it's incredibly noisy and not soundproof at all! It's so loud! The next morning, someone started using the laundry room very early, and I was woken up around 6 or 7 AM. My good mood for the day was completely ruined! I was half-asleep when I went out to visit attractions 🥲. Sigh (For me, a good experience is the most important thing when staying at a hotel).

My sister and I were incredibly lucky to choose this hotel for our trip to Changsha! It's right in the heart of the city, on Huangxing Square Pedestrian Street. The subway station is just a short walk downstairs, making it super convenient to get to any attraction. Even though it's downtown, we had incredibly peaceful nights, and the bedding was really comfortable. The service, especially, was exceptional and so welcoming! A big shout-out to the staff who patiently helped us with all our questions. The room had a smart speaker, which was very convenient, and they offer lots of free amenities, so we didn't even need to bring our own facial cleanser or makeup remover, haha! They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, and there are tons of Changsha specialties available downstairs! Absolutely no regrets here! The stinky tofu was delicious 😋 This isn't an exaggeration at all, it was genuinely very comfortable. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

The room layout is fantastic! There's a small tent for kids and two double beds – the slightly smaller one is a queen, which is perfectly spacious. What really stands out is the projector in the room; turn off all the lights and it's a complete cinema experience. A huge bonus is the free ice cream, which made my child incredibly happy and excited. At 8 PM, there are even premium desserts like millet and red date porridge, milk pudding, and bubble tea – absolutely wonderful! Enjoying these desserts while watching the Jialing River view was incredibly pleasant. We'll definitely be back. The staff's service attitude is excellent; they answered all our questions patiently. Truly outstanding!

The express check-in/check-out process was very efficient, and the business center's printing services saved me a significant amount of time. What's even more impressive is the service team's precise understanding of business etiquette and boundaries; they were responsive to my needs without being intrusive. This stay perfectly met, and even exceeded, my core requirements for efficiency, privacy, and reliability. I've already added this hotel to our company's preferred list for business trips.

Best location near the Avatar Mountains really convenient and we could get to the park without queue and without crowd. The service was also impeccable. The hotel had everything we needed. Even complimentary afternoon tea and especially all our laundry could be washed, ironed and returned to us without any charges, handled by the courteous staff. The room was so modern and aesthetic and children friendly with the tent and comfortable pillows and amenities. Best stay in Zhang Jia Jie. We managed to visit the Avatar mountains and also the Grand Canyon during our stay. Hotel handles all travel packages and itineraries before hand seamlessly via WeChat.
