The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom facilities were a bit dated. The shower, which was converted from a bathtub, only had a half-glass screen, so water easily splashed everywhere. The hotel's breakfast was very good, with a rich variety of options and excellent service. There was also complimentary lemonade available in the hotel lobby.

The location is fantastic, very close to Barcelona Cathedral and Palau de la Música Catalana. The Gothic Quarter's various alleys are also great for exploring, with an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops.

The location is excellent, very close to the city center, and Sagrada Familia is just a stone's throw away. 

What I wasn't happy about is this: even though I had booked an additional room separately and clarified everything on the first day of my stay, on the day of my checkout, they made me re-check-in. I had to take my luggage out of the room first, and *then* they let me check into the same room again! Plus, they charged me 10 euros for a late checkout. Isn't that just a disguised fee?!

Hotel is about 5 min walk from Flixbus dropoff at the big central bus station ( North) where many coaches are represented. You can walk to the grand Arc de Triomp area  to reach the Gothic Quarter.

There's some refreshments near the reception.
There's coffee and tea making amenity in the room. 

Surprised that my room has no toilet paper hanger and we have to request for toilet paper. (Perhaps, this room is newly done?)

The room looks brand new as is the hotel.

Great location if you plan to visit or watch a game at Nou Camp Stadium as it is walking distance. 
The nearby metro and tram station is at Earnest Lunch.
The hotel lobby looks new and modern but rooms need some renovations. Lift was shaky too🥲
Toilet has bathtub. As it support sustainability, amenities are available upon request. 
Has a washer next to WC so it solved my asian problem of having to find a bidet.😂

The room is very clean and spacious, one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in. The room is great, however we had issue with the ac. It’s equipped with the controller that has AC and heater option, but the AC was not working and it kept blowing out hot air no matter how cold we set the dial. Upon checking with reception, we were told during November they switch the entire building system from ac to heater option so individual rooms have no way to override this. The room has massive windows so that has kept us cool. While we are in Nov, where weather is getting colder, the week that we were in Barcelona has great weather and temperatures still at the 15-20degrees so would have thought they would also consider the climate instead of just having a scheduled date to switch over everything to heating..

There are loads of breakfast options, but no egg station. Hot food option not the best, bacon and scrambled eggs overcooked and not really good quality on sausages. For those who enjoy cold breakfast selection like the pastries fruit and hams etc it’s much wider selection they provide here compared to other hotels.

My new favorite hotel in Madrid; friendly and helpful staff. Both the young guys and the gentleman at the front desk were very kind and had a great vibe. They very kindly allowed me to check in early. Comfortable, well-maintained, and clean facilities. There's a very convenient bus route to the airport that gets you there quickly; or you can simply take an Uber which won't cost you more than €12. The nearest station is Suanzes, which takes about 10-15 minutes to reach. Safe and quiet surroundings. I'm returning to Madrid in the next few days and will definitely book this hotel again. Thanks to all the staff for their great service!

The hotel's cleanliness and breakfast were good, but its location is very far from the city center and tourist attractions. If you're staying longer, this hotel is a good choice because bus route 150 is right outside the hotel and goes directly to Puerta del Sol. However, if you're only staying 1-2 days, it's better to stay closer to the tourist areas. Taxis in Madrid are very expensive; a taxi from the hotel to the city center cost over 30 euros.

Advantages: The room was spacious enough with two large windows that could be opened, offering a view of the courtyard. One double bed and one single bed were cleaned daily. There was a two-story supermarket a minute's walk away, and parking spaces in the back alley were available (paid during the day, free at night), so there was no need to park in the hotel's paid underground parking lot. The breakfast was quite substantial, and à la carte options were also available.

Disadvantages were also significant. To conserve water, the hotel didn't proactively provide aquarium stoppers. On the day I checked in, I had blisters on my feet. I asked a staff member for a foot soak, but they didn't speak English and gave me a stopper that didn't fit my aquarium. I limped back to the front desk, only to be told that he was the only one there and everyone else had gone home. They told me to come back the next day, but I insisted. They eventually brought me a stopper, but that wasn't all. Later, I noticed the hot water in my room was very cold. I endured it all night, and when I went to the front desk the next day, they weren't surprised at all. Then, on the day we checked out, I told them I was staying for four nights, and the water temperature in my room was noticeably warmer that night. I think this was part of a water-saving measure. Secondly, I specified my preferences on the platform when booking: I wanted two single beds and one sofa bed. I arrived early in the morning, but couldn't check in. I emphasized this again, requesting afternoon check-in. Again, I only got one double bed; the sofa bed wasn't made. I had to go downstairs to find one, making several trips back and forth. The mattress was thick, but extremely soft. It was higher at both ends and lower in the middle, and the sofa bed was even softer, making it tiring to sleep on. The room's soundproofing was poor; you could hear people walking around outside clearly. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, but the lights couldn't be controlled individually. At night, both lights had to be on, which was very bright and directly facing the bed, affecting rest.

There were two types of chocolate powder for breakfast. My child asked me about the difference, so I asked the staff. They replied that one was local and the other American, with slight differences in taste. They said I was satisfied. We turned around, and two female staff members were laughing loudly behind us, chattering unintelligible words. Perhaps they weren't mocking us, but it was very unprofessional.

In conclusion, the price was quite good. However, this doesn't mean a 4-star rating guarantees this level of service. Our trips to any scenic spot were at least 50 minutes, and the service was just average. There was only one female receptionist, who was very helpful and responsive, with brown hair. She was on duty on the evening of the 18th and helped me check the timetable. When we returned on the 19th, she even asked if we had gone; she was very kind. I'm sorry I didn't remember her name.

The rooms are spacious. It’s a pet friendly hotel so it was the first time I actually heard dogs barking. Overall I felt like I get a lot of privacy and quiet. There’s no noise from the outside world coming in. It isn’t a party hotel so the other guests are pretty calm. It is a quick 15-20 minute bus into the Salamanca District.

This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Right outside, you'll find a huge shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's super easy with kids, as you don't have to go far. The ArtScience Museum is just across the street, making it a breeze to visit the attractions. The room was much more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the facilities were both high-end and comprehensive. There was plenty of space for the kids to move around without feeling cramped. The breakfast was extensive, with bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, and even Spanish ham – something for everyone, both adults and children. The front desk service was also very warm and welcoming. I'll probably choose to stay here again next time.

Great experience, check in experience was smooth and hotel was very clean. Location was perfect as its only 5 minutes of walking distance from the nearest metro, tram and bus station. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! I'll recommend this hotel to my friends if they go to Valencia.
