I went to Äkäslompolo to run the Nuts Ylläs Pallas 37km and chose the hotel for its proximity to the starting line.
The hotel needs some renovation, but despite the bad reviews it was overall better than I expected. Staff was super helpful and friendly, the bed was extremely comfortable (a must before and after a race), the private sauna was amazing and cherry on top, breakfast was absolutely delicious and with a wide range of choice!

I have also stayed at the Lapland hotel in Helsinki city and this hotel is really great.
I booked a room with a sauna, but the sauna is the best and the view from the window is so beautiful that I can't say anything.
All the meals are delicious and the service of the clerk is the best.
They are very experienced and grasp the hearts of the guests.
This hotel is really recommended.
If you visit Rovaniemi, please stay.

I have also stayed at the Lapland Hotel in central Helsinki, and it is truly a wonderful hotel.
I booked a room with a sauna, and the sauna was absolutely fantastic. The view from the window was incredibly beautiful—beyond words.
All of the meals were delicious, and the staff provided exceptional service.
They are highly experienced and really know how to make guests feel welcome.
I genuinely recommend this hotel.
If you visit Rovaniemi, you should definitely stay there.

The place is absolutely beautiful, only few steps from Ounasvaara Ski Resort. The Chalet was really good and cosy with amazing views from the windows and balcony. Our private Chalet had a second bedroom which we didn’t use as my daughter and myself preferred the first floor. We loved having our own sauna in the bathroom, great addition to relax and we enjoyed it sooo much! Breakfast was excellent with great selection, we loved the waffle maker! Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Location is excellent, not far from the airport, city centre, and Santa Claus Village. Overall, perfect Chalet, we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a great time!

The Lapland Hotel is a relatively stylish Nordic hotel. A lot of work has been done on the details. The hotel's restaurant is very nice and the waiters are enthusiastic and professional. Salmon and steak are all available online. By the way, the cream of mushroom soup and French fries are outstanding. Comparatively After visiting so many restaurants in Finland, it left a special impression on me

The Lapland Hotel in Tampere was really good. On the first day of check-in, because the room was a bit noisy, customer service Sakira immediately changed us to a smaller but quiet room than the original reservation, and promised to change us to the original room type and quiet room early the next morning. Thank you for the beautiful customer service Eerika who changed rooms for us the next day. After her kind greetings and arrangements, she stayed in a quiet and comfortable room type.
In addition, the breakfast was very exquisite. I tried the venison omelette for the first time and the taste was not bad. The traffic is very convenient. The hotel is only 100 meters from the No. 1 and No. 3 trams in the city.
