Services need yo be improved and the shampoo and the shower jel are so bad , the smell is horrible, put some sleepers and toothpaste, toothbrush , those are just a basic things , and the TV is not working, just a decoration.

Arrived with a rental car, but there's no valet parking. You have to park it yourself. All the staff were very polite, kind, and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The DMCC Metro station is right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is just around the corner, offering a great atmosphere in the evenings. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. We had a room with a balcony; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception there was poor, though it was fine inside the room. Breakfast wasn't great; you had to order from a menu, unlike our previous two hotels which offered a breakfast buffet. Otherwise, our 3-day stay was perfectly fine.

The hotel is a bit dated, especially the elevators; they need updating. Also, the windows aren't clean. However, the reception staff are very friendly, especially Khalid, who is very respectful.

Also, the valet parking service is not available, which saddens me somewhat.

As a business traveler, my stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Here are the facts for fellow travelers to consider:

Misrepresentation and Deception: I booked a room explicitly advertised as a 'King Bed Room,' but what the hotel provided was a 'fake king bed' made of two twin beds pushed together. To hide the large gap in the middle, they covered it with a thick bedsheet. This is a clear case of intentionally concealing a defect.

Physical Harm: Because there was absolutely no support where the beds joined, I woke up this morning with severe lower back pain after sleeping directly on the gap all night. It wasn't until I pulled back the sheet that I discovered the truth.

Extremely Insincere Handling of the Issue: After finding the problem and discussing it with the hotel, the manager only offered a '5-hour late checkout' as compensation. For a serious breach of contract that caused physical harm and involved deceptive practices, I found this attempt to downplay the issue and offer a meager resolution completely unacceptable.

Consumer Tip: These拼接床 (jointed beds) not only disrupt sleep but also pose health risks. If you book a king bed room, make sure to lift the sheets and inspect it upon check-in.

In Summary: The hotel is dishonest about its facilities and shies away from taking responsibility for its service. I have already submitted the evidence to the booking platform and reserve the right to pursue legal action. I strongly advise anyone who values good sleep to think twice before choosing this hotel to avoid a negative experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai! The receptionists were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the hotel’s location near Dubai International Airport made it very convenient for my journey.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Dubai. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the amazing reception team for your excellent hospitality!

We would like to express our gratitude for the friendly and clean hotel, the delicious food, and the 4-star or higher level of service that matches the hotel's size and class.

The location is very convenient, close to Emirates Mall and the metro. The breakfasts are standard, and the rooms are good, but the cleaning could be better, specifically wiping down tables, nightstands, and most importantly, the bathroom. Otherwise, everything else is very good. The staff is very polite, friendly, and responsive!

I really liked the apartments. The kitchen, balcony, and all amenities, from a hairdryer to an iron – basically, everything you'd expect. The administration was unobtrusive; they didn't fuss but just did their job efficiently. The room was cleaned daily, and all necessities were replenished. Overall, kudos to the apartments. There are about five supermarkets downstairs with great prices.

For those who travel a lot, it might not be the most ideal location, as it's a bit far from all the action.

The only thing I didn't like was a woman who isn't affiliated with the hotel but loiters on the ground floor, always trying to badger people into taking overpriced rides somewhere.

I booked superior king n got upgraded to nice, neat and spacious one bedroom suite. Location convenient with 5 mins walk to metro station, and only two stops to airport. Surrounding vibe is good.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent facilities and a great atmosphere overall. The location was also very convenient. Thank you for the excellent hospitality — highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is wonderful: clean and modern! We wholeheartedly recommend it to all our family and friends!)

The breakfasts are very tasty and filling.
We absolutely loved everything! Price/quality 💯! Regular shuttle service.

May Allah grant us the opportunity to return here many times again!
And may Allah reward you with immense blessings for the warm and delicious welcome! Amen!

Stayed at Millennium Makkah Al Naseem and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth. The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A great option for anyone visiting Makkah.

The place is comfortable, and the service is excellent and fast. The cleanliness is wonderful. This won't be my last time; I'll rely on this place for every visit to Mecca, God willing! ♥️

Excellent hotel, relatively close to the Haram, about a 5-minute walk. They have 24/7 shuttle buses available. There's a barber shop, grocery store, coffee shop, and basement parking.

Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi.

Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind .

If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa .

Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai .

I traveled from Dubai to Abu Dhabi myself, and first of all, parking was very convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the decor is beautiful. It had a lovely Christmas atmosphere. If you park in the underground garage, it can be a bit tricky to find your way up, as each hotel's elevators are different, so keep that in mind. The room was also spacious, and the staff were very friendly. I especially want to mention that the hotel's breakfast was fantastic – absolutely delicious! If you go early, it's practically empty. Just a heads-up: the air conditioning can be quite strong, so I recommend wearing long sleeves.

Amazingly mixed feelings from staying. If you definitely want to live in Saadiat and you don't have the desire or opportunity to enjoy luxury hotels for 10,000 dollars a week, you will definitely like this hotel. It is the best compromise. But be prepared that you won't have a luxury 5 stars. Personally I stayed very pressured. But everything in order. Price-quality ratio, for this place 100%. Very nice and well equipped apartments. There are all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. In 2 minutes there is a Spar, with a rosy choice of first-needed products and items. A luxurious beach in 1 minute. But very few cheeslones. They are dismantled early in the morning. But the beach and the sand are so pleasant that it is quite possible to lie on it on a towel and enjoy. But without umbrellas. In general a solid four!!!
