It is conveniently located opposite Atocha station.

2 pax to a room max however a nice feel for small family. Housekeeping is excellent and staff are friendly.

Being near a train station means lots of walkable amenities around you.

Just next to McDonald’s, great local eateries and halal establishments. Also easy to walk to Plaza Mayor and St Miguel. Great for first timer to Spain. 

You won’t starve if you are lazy to go far especially I’m winter period ! And many more, check them out!

The hotel location is absolutely perfect, in the center of Madrid, close to bus stops and subway lines that can take you pretty much anywhere, and with a great offer of shops, convenient stores and restaurants in the surroundings. 
The rooms have plenty of space and are correctly decorated, from what I could see the first floor had more modern decoration than the third at least in the bathroom. The amenities seem to be scarce, but the staff of the reception are very helpful and will provide whatever you need.
The gym area is quite decent, enough for a good workout. The breakfast was good, with plenty of fruit, cold cuts, and a couple of varieties of olive oil.

The location is very close to Atocha train station and convenient for travelers. The facilities need improvement as the air conditioner controller cannot work and the sink of bath tub is broken too.

The location is a bit out of the way with not many dining options nearby, but the shuttle bus to the airport is super convenient. There's a small supermarket across from the hotel that sells instant noodles, and the hotel service was pretty good too – they even helped me boil water, which was a lifesaver! Breakfast was quite rich and the bread was delicious.

Facilities: It is a 4-star hotel with a long history. The lobby, elevator and dining room are very old-fashioned hotel style. Hygiene: It is very clean. There is free water in the room and the mini bar is also free. Environment: There are Carrefour supermarkets and other places around. It is convenient for eating and shopping. There is a bus when you go out.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous. It's very quiet, and not far from the attractions.

Staying in the hotel coz it’s close to my business meeting. However, it’s takes sound 15 min by car or 45 min by public transportation to the city center. There are also limited food options around the hotel. I do enjoy the hotel breakfast and the staff had made efforts for me to enjoy my stay. I would still recommend the hotel. It’s price for value.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the plus side, I can note the cleanliness of the room, pleasant service, the presence of an outdoor pool and the proximity of the Carrefour store - very convenient. The staff is very polite and responsive: at my request, they quickly brought an iron, the water in the room was constantly replenished. However, there are also significant minuses. The main one is the location. The hotel is very far from the center, I had to go by bus every day. It's good that the bus stop is close, a two-minute walk away. Next, I found it strange how the beds were made. The blanket is simply wrapped in a sheet on both sides, without a duvet cover. Perhaps this is a local peculiarity, but I found it very uncomfortable. And finally, the prices in the hotel, especially for food, are unreasonably high. A cup of coffee costs 4.40 euros, while in a neighboring cafe you can drink coffee with a croissant for 3 euros. As for the main dishes, the portions are very small, and the prices are steep. For 17 euros they brought me one small squid, cut into four pieces. I was left hungry. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel restaurant - it's expensive and there's not much. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but due to the location and prices, I would only recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, are not limited in budget and want to use the pool.

The room was very clean and tidy, the linen was updated every day, the only downside was that the bath in the room failed on the third day, but the room was changed in time. 5 minutes walk from the subway station, there are good bars and restaurants around, and a delicious pizza, recommended!

Very expensive breakfast , not worth the money

If I ever visit Amsterdam again, I'd definitely want to stay at the Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam Hotel. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly. I was truly touched by how diligently they tried to resolve even my most minor questions and requests. The room itself was very spacious, and the interior design was fantastic. The water pressure was excellent, and the drainage was great. I even liked the performance of the hairdryer! Honestly, there was nothing I disliked; everything was perfect. It's a convenient 5-10 minute walk to the Van Gogh Museum. There's also a daily farmers market nearby, which I visited frequently. While public transport might be a little tricky in the immediate vicinity, it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Near to museum area which is just within 10mins walking distance . We get to checked in earlier around 1pm with no charges which is very nice to us , as long as the room is available. Tram stations just opposite the road very convenient.

HMy stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, starting with its excellent environment that made me feel relaxed right away. What stood out most was the thoughtful shuttle service—after getting off the ferry to the opposite bank, we could simply contact the hotel, and the shuttle would come to pick us up, which was incredibly convenient.

As we don’t speak English well, we initially failed to understand what the front desk staff was saying. We want to give a big thank-you to a kind and beautiful front desk lady—she was so patient with us, never showing any annoyance even when we couldn’t follow her.

Our second thanks go to Zaki, the shuttle driver. He went out of his way to find us, driving around three times when we got lost, but he still came to pick us up with a warm smile the whole time. He even helped us carry our luggage, which made us feel really cared for.

Last but not least, we appreciate the male front desk staff on duty the night of September 4th. He proactively asked how our day was going. When we told him our luggage was broken, he recommended the best store nearby, and we successfully bought a suitable new suitcase thanks to his suggestion.

We sincerely hope the hotel can help us convey our gratitude to these three staff members mentioned above. Being in a foreign country, their kindness made us feel a great deal of warmth, which we will always remember.

This hotel’s service has exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Centrally located. Ninth Street is right behind us. Most attractions are a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is quite generous, with both hot and cold dishes. However, the room we were assigned faced the elevator, the facilities were old, and the sink drained very slowly. We arrived on an early flight and didn't want to have to pack up and move rooms with our children. There are many better options in the NH brand.

We stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid and had an overall very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Schiphol Airport, which makes it ideal for travellers on a stopover. While it is a bit further out from the city centre, the hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood, offering a nice break from the hustle and bustle.

There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, and the nearest tram stop is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Amsterdam Zuid is the closest train station and can be reached directly from the airport. It also offers quick and easy access to the city.

We had both a twin room and a king room. Both were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered a good variety of options. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay.

Housekeeping, including towel changes and room cleaning, is available on request, which suited us well. A lovely touch was when the team noticed it was my dad’s birthday and surprised him with some chocolates and a birthday greeting. It was a very thoughtful gesture.

Overall, this was a great stay. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quieter location that still has convenient transport links to the city and the airport, along with good value for money.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel but at the same time it isn't anything special. The room I stayed in was adequate and clean but rather drab, breakfasts were nice but nothing out of the ordinary, location is good if you are looking to stay around the Rembrandt Square area.

There was a terrace seat of a restaurant next to the entrance, so I was nervous about going in. The room was quiet, but it was very noisy when people were making noise in the hallway. There were welcome sweets at the front desk, and they were delicious.

After leaving the airport, I took the subway, transferred once, walked a short distance, and arrived at the hotel quickly. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was also very neat. Overall, it was good. The only drawback is that there's no supermarket nearby.

I was upgraded as ‘customer of the day’ to their suite. Fantastic service from the hotel and room was huge with the added bonus of a terrace. Great hotel close to main attractions.

By far the nicest stay we have had this trip, clean, a bit far away from the city but it is near camp Nou for any barca fans. Spacious and bed was amazing

The hotel itself is great, clean, and has everything you need in the room. 

The area is residential, which comes with a few drawbacks: there aren't many shops or cafes around. The beach is a bit far, about a 15-20 minute walk if you take your time (it's hard to rush in the heat). On the plus side, the walk to the beach is entirely shaded. It's a safe neighborhood, being a residential area with upscale housing. The metro is close by, making it convenient to visit attractions – you just need to familiarize yourself with the system. Taxis are also plentiful and can be easily hailed from the street. 

Overall, I have no complaints about the hotel itself, though the location isn't ideal. However, closer to the beach, hotels are naturally more expensive.

We arrived early and Daniel of the front desk kindly marked  down all the places that we would like to visit on the map. To help us get the best experience he even wrote a lovely list of authentic food. He speaks fluent English and helped us a lot. The hotel is very close to major intersections and interest points (almost next to Arc de Triomf and 600m from the Palau de la Música Catalana) but is surprisingly quiet. All the staffs are very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.
