When we opened the shower room, the curtain in the shower room is very smelly. When we left the door opened and when out for dinner, the whole room became very smelly too. Mouldy around bathtub, didnt dare to have a bath because of that. Bedsheet and blanket cover has stained. Aircon definitely needs servicing, it is dusty and mouldy smell. We had to open the window instead of using the aircon. Reception is not so welcoming when we checked in and checked out 
Only Pros this hotel has is location, Full Full, Shin Shin, Mina, Aeon supermarket, train station all short walking distance.

I guess this is a chain hotel. I've stayed at one in Hokkaido before. The style of the TV stand in the room is exactly the same. The double bed was quite spacious. We had no problem opening two suitcases halfway in the room. It was clean, and the location was excellent. It's a short walk to Tenjin.

The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Hakata Station, with plenty of restaurants along the way, including the 'Issou' ramen shop which tastes pretty good. Plus, there's a medium-sized supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance, which is very convenient for daily necessities. The only minor issue is that the air conditioning can be a bit noisy on the strongest setting, but a slight adjustment fixes it. With essential oils diffusing, I slept very comfortably.

The location was a bit tricky, but it was closer to the bus stop than the subway, and it was midway between Hakata and Tenjin, so it wasn't inconvenient to get around. However, it seemed like Trip.com had only recently started accepting reservations, so the room photos and descriptions weren't accurate. Payment was only possible on-site at the hotel. The room I booked and the room I received were different, so I inquired. They contacted Trip.com and explained that the photo must have been posted incorrectly. However, since it was the weekend, there were no rooms available, and the price was right for the room I booked. Still, the manager, who seemed to be feeling the pinch, provided water and beer. Thank you!
And there was a Korean staff member, which was a welcome surprise. The Japanese-style room was spacious. There was a large public bath, a Family Mart nearby, and a lunch area on the first floor. Of course, you could also rent comics if you wanted.

Came b4 check in time and they effortlessly offered to handle our luggage, our room is pretty big even though still hard to open 3 big luggage at the same time, our room directly face the streets but we don't hear lots of noise, breakfast pretty solid, they change several menus every single day, they only clean once for our 5 nights stay, but thats fine they change the towel and emptying the trash bin everyday, they also have washing and drying machine operated by coin, microwave also,location is really good near susukino station, near nikka whisky sign, and also near bus stop to the airport over all very nice

The hotel was close to both Susukino Station and Hosui-Susukino Station. The lobby was clean, and while the room was a bit small, it wasn't uncomfortable. I saw some mixed reviews about the public bath in Korean, but I didn't use it. What I really loved was that there were so many types of bath salts in the lobby that you could take as many as you wanted, so I got to use a different one in my room's bathtub every day. It was also super convenient to have self-storage available before and after check-in, so I didn't have to ask them to hold my luggage. If the price is as good as it was this time, I'll definitely rebook without hesitation when I visit Sapporo again! ^o^

During our recent family stay, we appreciated the spaciousness of our room. However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our comfort and safety. The lift doors closed very quickly and hit us on several occasions, which was alarming. For families, having two double beds in such a large room would be a much more practical configuration. Furthermore, the inability to adjust the centralized air conditioning made the room excessively warm and stuffy, which was particularly uncomfortable. We hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements

The hotel is located in a remote area from Dotonbori, but there is a subway station nearby, so transportation is fairly convenient.

The hygiene was acceptable, but needs improvement, as stains were found on the sheets and sofa on the day of check-in, and they were quite noticeable.

There is limited space in the bathroom to store a change of clothes, which can be a bit of a hassle if you have a lot of clothes.

This hotel is perfect for exploring Osaka. Its central location is unbeatable – fantastic for shopping and incredibly convenient for subway transfers. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and free of any strange odors. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and kind, patiently helping with any requests. They were basically always ready to assist.

Objectively, there are two minor downsides: The hotel is right next to the subway tracks, so train noise is quite noticeable when trains pass by, which might disturb light sleepers at night. Also, the room is a bit small; it gets cramped once you open your luggage. However, this is a common issue with hotels in downtown Japan, so it wasn't a surprise as I had anticipated it.

If you prioritize transportation and service, this place is a great choice. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

Facilities: Well-equipped and neatly arranged.

Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.

Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, with few people walking around and very little traffic. You can see Osaka Port and the Ferris wheel, so the view is nice.

Service: The staff attitude is great, and there are even Mandarin-speaking staff members. However, some staff from South and Southeast Asia were a bit difficult to communicate with.
