The shared bathrooms are separate for men and women, and they are kept very clean by staff since there are many of them. There are unlabeled toiletries available, one hairdryer, and fixed showerheads.

The top bunk is far from the ceiling, so you won't hit your head.

Luggage storage and laundry services incur extra charges.

Upon check-in, you receive a key card and a locker key. A 5 Euro deposit is required and will be returned upon check-out.

Very nice hostel located near the metro and walkable distance from Cibeles (City stop for Airport Bus) and Atocha (Train station for departures to south Spain). 

Separate toilet, sink, and shower, is always a sign of good hostels. 

Could be better if there were individual curtains for beds and nightstand or ledge to put small items

Hostel Experience Sharing
This hostel is exceptionally clean and tidy, with plenty of towels available. The rooms feature a wet/dry separation in the bathrooms and bedside charging, ensuring a comfortable stay for every guest. The hostel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, making it incredibly easy for both sightseeing and business trips. The surrounding area is quiet, so you won't be disturbed by noise at night. Overall, this hostel is an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers who still prioritize quality.

This hotel is located just north of Casa Milà, with direct metro access. It's a large hostel with many rooms, an elevator, a kitchen, a backyard, and breakfast. There's also a public underground parking lot nearby.

Location is excellent! It’s around 100 meters from the Metro Station around Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla Street. You can get a 2,3, 5 day bus and train pass to go around. McDonald’s and Burger King is right beside and open past midnight. There’s a Carrefour a stone’s throw away (closes a bit early though). Authentic Catalan/Spanish restaurants around the vicinity which also close late. The room was alright. An additional electric would’ve been perfect for hearing water for coffee or tea though: The staff were very accomodating with transportation info, taxi bookings to the airport, etc.

Check-out is at 11 AM, but check-in isn't until 3 PM. You really need to plan your time accordingly, as the staff here are quite inflexible.

It's been scorching hot in Rome these past few days. I booked several nights at this hotel, and they gave me a room with a faulty shower. When I asked to switch rooms in the afternoon, they refused, telling me to wait until tomorrow for someone to fix it.

I could see there were other rooms available in their system, but the staff member then told me not to stare at their screen. She then switched to look for check-in information, trying to find my reservation. I had already told them that the faucet in room XX was broken.

I then had to remind her that the check-in list she was looking at was for August, which is why she couldn't find my July reservation.

In the end, I escalated the issue to Trip.com customer service and fixed the shower head myself. The front desk staff then belatedly informed me that I could switch rooms – *sigh*.

Thanks to Trip.com for their proactive handling. I'm also leaving this review as a heads-up to my fellow Chinese travelers: stay safe when staying abroad and actively defend your rights!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and very close to Termini Station. The staff are all incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of options. The breakfast staff, in particular, were wonderful; they'd ask if you wanted coffee and their cappuccinos were delicious. When they saw us carrying our luggage upstairs for breakfast, they were incredibly helpful when we left, carrying our bags down to the elevator, pressing the button for us, and politely saying goodbye. Disposable slippers are provided. The only downsides are that the hotel facilities are a bit dated, and they don't seem to provide a full box of tissues.
