🌟 Professional Hotel Review: Santika Siligita
This marks my third stay at Santika Siligita, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The staff are consistently a delight to interact with, providing truly excellent customer service.
A special commendation goes to Leni during the breakfast service. She is an outstanding individual who demonstrated great attentiveness and efficiently accommodated all of our requests.
The Front Office team is highly professional. As in my previous visits, the check-in and check-out processes were super smooth and completed in minimal time.
The hotel itself maintains its characteristic atmosphere, offering a calm and serene environment that perfectly complements a holiday.
I have no significant negatives to report about this hotel. If I were compelled to nit-pick, it would be the design of the shower/toilet configuration in the room. Aside from this minor point, the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed.
I look forward to the opportunity of staying at Santika Siligita again in the near future.

All staff are commendable for being so hospitable and accommodating. I have made an error in booking for extra night and extra bed for extra pax, the extra night was not refunded since i booked it in trip.com but the extra bed was booked directly to the hotel and it was refunded 😍. The room is very pleasant, was cleaned and refilled everyday, the hotel breakfast was nice too, bread, cereals, salads, omelettes was freshly cooked upon ordering and has nice selection of info food at the buffet. Location was far, if you are going to walk towards the beach and just 10minutes i think for a car ride. Our stay was pleasant especially because of the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Thank you, from the travelers from the Philippines.🥰

There are plenty of activities to do at the hotel, and you won’t feel bored staying at the hotel all day! The staff greets with a smile and remembers every guest, the hotel breakfast is delicious! Will come again if I have the chance!

After back from a 3 nights at ubud, I have booked this hotel in seminyak. 
The Kayana hotel is calling themselves « the little Ubud in Seminyak” and we can say that they are right. 
If you want a quiet stay, come here! The private villas are big and so peaceful with big swimming pool. 
I wanted to give them 5 stars for their service but I couldn’t because upon our arrival, we were not greeted by the 2 men staff there, I can say that I was quite disappointed after recieving such 5 stars service at the other hotel in Ubud. 
The hotel is very nice located with many restaurants and shops and things to do but the villas might need a little bit of renovation as I found some lock broken and some of the painting fall off at the shower side. 
They were kind enough to decorate our villa as I was there for my 10th year anniversary and gift us cake and even souvenir upon our departure.

I’ve stayed here many times for staycations, and honestly, it never disappoints. The food is always delicious (one of my favorite parts!), the ambience is warm and आराम—perfect for unwinding—and the staff? Always incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely cared for.

But what makes this hotel even more meaningful is the memories attached to it. This was where I held my wedding, so it will always have a special place in my heart. That’s why every wedding anniversary, we choose to come back here—to relive those beautiful moments in the same place where it all began.

For me, it’s not just a hotel. It’s a place full of memories, comfort, and happiness. And that’s why I’ll always keep coming back

I booked a two-night stay here due to its proximity to my client's office. To be fair, the room was quite spacious, and there's a swimming pool. The facilities seemed decent enough at first glance. However, the cleanliness was far from satisfactory. To my dismay, I spotted a cockroach in the room on the very first night. I'm not sure if it was an isolated incident, but overall, my experience was quite disappointing. This hotel seems to cater primarily to tour groups; every day, I saw tour buses and mountains of luggage. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for solo travelers or those on business trips.

The hotel is new and clean and is located very close to the airport. The help me with the shuttle two times and also it was great the possibility that it was possible to have breakfast very early in the morning due to Ramadan at 4 am I had early flight. Otherwise, no negatives the room is big and everything is great.
