Our stay at Sheraton Shanghai Pudong Riverside Hotel was excellent! 👍🏻 A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were professional and patient ❤️. They thoughtfully coordinated our room type and actively resolved all our internet issues. The service was meticulous and considerate, with smooth communication throughout. They even kindly extended our check-out time, making our trip very comfortable. The river view from the surrounding area is also fantastic. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Shanghai! 👌🏻

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a groom's wedding suite! It's very photogenic, and the room even came with thoughtful red bedding. The living room was beautifully decorated, which created a fantastic ambiance. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. Parking was convenient, and they offer simple meals on the first floor, which was great for feeding the driver, photographer, and other staff during lunch. Overall, we were very satisfied. It's an excellent choice for anyone planning a wedding here! 😊

At the end of June, my child had an exam at a nearby middle school, and I wanted comfort, convenience, and safety, so Sheraton was the obvious choice. We had lunch at the Caiyuexuan restaurant on the second floor for two days. It was safe and convenient, and my child could even take a short nap there. I felt the portion sizes at the restaurant were quite generous, and the taste was good too. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, they had all the essentials.

As an older, established hotel, the hardware facilities are always up to standard. As for the service, the staff in the breakfast restaurant, Chinese restaurant, and housekeeping were all excellent and very enthusiastic. However, the young lady at the front desk who checked us in was a bit difficult to deal with – she seemed to be in a very bad mood that day.

My stay here exceeded expectations! I've stayed at Sheraton multiple times, and it's always great value for a five-star hotel. Plus, it's just a 15-minute walk from Metro Line 11. The front desk staff upgraded our room to a higher floor, which was spacious, well-lit, and fully equipped. The soundproofing and bedding were excellent. They were also very enthusiastic in answering all our questions. It's a green hotel, so it feels very relaxing and comfortable to stay in. Recently, there's even been a fun World Cup themed event on the first floor! There's also a seafood set menu available for booking next door. It's very close to Rainbow Bridge, and the evening lake views are beautiful and tranquil. Overall, it's a perfect spot to spend a relaxing weekend at the hotel! 😎

Great location, right next to Qingxi Ancient Town. There's a large underground parking lot. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with excellent views. You can clearly see the entire Qingxi Ancient Town. The small path outside the hotel is a beautiful walk directly to the ancient town. Breakfast is also good, with a wide variety and high quality.

This time, I invited some friends to stay at the Sheraton Chongming, and overall, it was quite good.

**Facilities:** It's close to the G40 highway, making transportation convenient. The five-star standard is acceptable, the rooms are spacious, and the wet and dry areas are separated. The shower water was especially comfortable.

**Environment:** Chongming Island has a great ecological environment with lush greenery. Rooms on the east side offer a river view, and you can even spot old buffalo, bringing you closer to nature.

**Service:** Replenishing breakfast items was a bit slow and required reminding the kitchen, especially during peak check-in times on Saturdays. They should prepare earlier.

I had a great stay at Sheraton Pudong. The customer service was exceptional — every time I had a question or needed something, the staff responded right away and made sure everything was taken care of.

The hotel itself was spotless. Honestly, out of all the places I stayed during my three weeks in China, this was one of the cleanest accommodations I came across.

The location couldn’t be better. There’s a subway station right outside the hotel, which made getting around super easy. Plus, food options are everywhere, and the newly opened Walmart nearby was a nice bonus for quick snacks and essentials.

We booked a family room, and my kids loved it. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for us to relax after long days exploring Shanghai.

Overall, Sheraton Pudong ticked all the boxes: great service, super clean rooms, and unbeatable convenience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was good. We arrived at 12 PM and had to wait for our room. The front desk struggled with the credit card machine; it kept failing. I suspect they were trying to process my VISA card using the UnionPay option. No wonder all my other purchases outside the hotel went through without a hitch, but it wouldn't work once I got to their hotel!

Overall, the hygiene is decent. The location is a bit out of the way, making it inconvenient to walk to the lively areas, but there's a shuttle bus that goes to the plaza. The service staff are friendly, and the front desk is welcoming. The room is a bit small, and the cleaning details are just average, but the bed is comfortable and ensures a good night's sleep. The soundproofing in the hallway is a bit poor. Breakfast isn't lavish but healthy, with the croissants being a highlight. The view is unremarkable, and both the executive lounge and coffee machine perform adequately. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The amenities were good, and everything we needed was available.

I've stayed at this hotel three times already and will continue to do so (whenever I have a layover and need to spend the night in Istanbul between flights). The hotel is quite far from the main attractions (city center), but the metro line is convenient (direct to Taksim, and you can also get to the area near the Grand Bazaar, from where a tram will take you right into the heart of everything). The metro entrance is right nearby, less than a minute's walk. The bed is comfortable, all necessary amenities are available, and the breakfasts are plentiful with something for everyone. In September '25, guests were offered loofahs and toothbrushes, but these were no longer available in February '26. It's a shame, the loofahs were excellent. Upon check-in, they ask for a deposit: either a €100 hold on your card or cash. If you pay the deposit in euros or dollars in cash, they will return it upon check-out, but only in Turkish Lira.

The hotel is surrounded by numerous shopping malls. One of them, which I believe is Watergarden Istanbul, features a fantastic musical fountain and fire show that runs every hour on the hour after 8 PM, lasting for about three songs. It's quite a sight to behold. Also, across from Metropol Mall, there's a live shooting range which is quite affordable if you're interested. However, I wouldn't recommend buying luxury handbags in Istanbul. Even with the tax refund, they often end up being more expensive than in China, and the variety isn't particularly extensive. 😧

This is my second visit at the hotel, I love the 70s ambience especially the grand marble staircase leading up to the reception. The vast chandeliers in the lobby area adds to the overall good impression. There is nothing 70s about the rooms, many overlooking the Creek. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed with all the amenities except for a bathrobe.
Surprisingly, restaurant prices on offer are very reasonable for a 5 stars hotel. Service was excellent throughout.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – We Wish We Had Stayed Longer!

We stayed at the Sheraton in Dubai for two nights as a family of four, and we honestly wish we had booked a longer stay.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Jazz at check-in, who made us feel so welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. Every member of staff was exceptional—from the bellhops who helped with our luggage, to the housekeeping team, and the staff in the cafeteria restaurant. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help.

The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was modern, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out in Dubai.

We genuinely couldn’t find a single negative thing about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning the next time we’re in Dubai.

10/10. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!

When traveling abroad, I often opt for a branded hotel for that standardized experience. This one was exactly that – no surprises, good or bad. The breakfast was Turkish style, which we really couldn't get used to. It's super convenient to Mall of the Emirates with a direct internal connection. The rooftop bar offers views of the Burj Al Arab. Plus, there's a free sauna and hot spring.

A magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas. The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit. The soundproofing is also top-notch.

Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours.

We booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.

The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.

Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!
