Upon check-in, I noticed a minor cleanliness issue, which the room manager handled promptly and courteously.

However, a day after checking out, I realized I had left behind a hairdryer. What's puzzling is that the hotel didn't contact me proactively after completing the room check and refunding my deposit on the same day. I had to call them, repeatedly confirm my booking, and describe the lost item's location several times before it was finally found.

Aside from these two incidents, the hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation. The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The food delivery robot and the outdoor delivery lockers were definite pluses. The executive lounge staff provided good service, and you could enjoy the sunset, but the food, especially the drinks, was quite limited. The soundproofing of the windows facing the street was very poor.

Before checking in, I communicated with the hotel about my needs, and they kindly helped me receive a package. They also arranged a room for me in advance based on my request. My flight landed early, so I needed to check in earlier, and the process was smooth and hassle-free upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean, and the check-in was efficient and stress-free. The hotel's location is convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive. This stay was a great experience; the staff were attentive and meticulous. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Beijing. Highly recommended!

I brought my elderly parents to Xiangshan for the weekend and chose this hotel mainly because the rooms were renovated last year.

**Facilities:**
The lobby, first-floor restaurant, and pool facilities are a bit dated, but the room facilities are very new. The layout and decor colors are somewhat similar to 'Ji Hotel', and the TV supports screen mirroring. There's also a smart toilet.

If you're sensitive to smells, you might notice a slight odor, but you can open the window for ventilation.

**Drawbacks:** I had planned to take my parents to the hot springs, but you have to go through the changing room, down to the pool level, and then walk a bit further to get there, which is not very convenient.

The breakfast is quite average, not as good as 'Ji Hotel' or 'Atour'. There are few Western options, and the Chinese hot dishes are mostly vegetarian. The noodle station only offered beef noodles and 'rouyan' (meat wontons).

**Cleanliness:**
From the lobby to the hallways and rooms, everything was kept clean and tidy. Even though it was the low season and there weren't many guests, I saw staff waiting to clean rooms daily.

**Environment:**
The hotel is less than 1000 meters from the Botanical Garden, Xiangshan Park, and the light rail station. The hotel's greenery is nice, and my parents enjoyed taking walks there in the mornings and evenings.

**Service:**
Check-in was quick. We arrived early, and the front desk promptly arranged two mountain-view rooms for us. Seeing that we had elderly guests, they also reminded us about safety and provided some fruit and snacks. Throughout our stay, all the staff we encountered in the hotel proactively greeted us.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The authentic Chongqing noodles were spicy and incredibly satisfying, the fried dough twists were soft and sticky, and the tofu pudding was silky smooth. The handmade Fujian fish balls were fresh and delicious, and the meat swallow soup had a rich flavor. It perfectly blended the numbing spice of Sichuan cuisine with the delicate sweetness of Fujian style. Everything was made fresh and served hot, leaving me energized for the whole day! Xiao Jiang (100137) provided excellent service!

This time, our family chose this place for our trip, and I have to praise the hotel's service. The staff were gentle and kind; they proactively offered a helping hand when they saw we had children and thoughtfully gave them small toys. They were also patient when we had questions. The room's cleanliness was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable, saving us a lot of hassle during our trip. We'll definitely prioritize staying here again for our next family outing.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with quick hot water. The bedding was soft, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing at night was good, allowing for a very restful sleep. Shuangshuang (the staff member) handled the check-in efficiently, and the staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good. Facilities were well-maintained, and the internet speed was stable. For this price point, the quality is exceptional, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

My second time in this hotel
Amazing stuff
Amazing place
Great price ad I suggest you the breakfast is everything on point

An absolutely fantastic stay! The front desk service was warm and polite, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and great for sleeping, so we rested exceptionally well. All the staff were very courteous and responsive, truly providing thoughtful and thorough service – a five-star standard!

The experience of staying at Hefei Beicheng Century Jinyuan Hotel is excellent. The exterior of the hotel is eye-catching, the lobby is exquisitely decorated, and the water scenery is green. The atmosphere is full. The rooms are spacious, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the whole is clean and tidy. The supporting facilities are complete, the water quality of the heated swimming pool is clean, the gym equipment is complete, and it is very convenient to relax in leisure time. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, fresh and delicious meals are made, Chinese and Western dishes are complete, and seafood dry goods are available for purchase. The front desk was particularly intimate, and presented a tea-chilled tea companion gift, including sputum black tea and Pu'er raw tea, produced from Linyi, Yunnan, with solid materials and exquisite packaging. The duty manager (job number 6302) is meticulous and thoughtful, responds promptly, treats people warmly, the details are full of care, the overall stay is comfortable and comfortable, whether it is business travel or family play is very suitable, next time you come to Beicheng will choose this one.
