小林 service at the reception is good. She is friendly and can help. The cafe at the reception is good too. The barista is knowledgeable about coffee. The room sizes are big and comfortable. The only issue is the noise insulation is lacking and you can hear the conversation from the next room.

This has been my go-to hotel for business trips. It's a short walk from Shuiwan subway station, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby, which gives the area a lively, authentic vibe. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, plus a decent amount of space.

Business trip, very comfortable stay, the front desk check-in was fast, the front desk Xiaowen service was very good, the hotel facilities and equipment are complete, the environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, business trips often choose here, the breakfast is also very good.

I saw many hotels in the background, and I chose this Grand Skylight for a long time. I was not disappointed. The front desk butler service received warm heart, the service was particularly good, the smile was full, and it was very comfortable. The room was particularly pleasant! The area is larger than expected, cleaned and there is no smell. The lighting is very good, and the lights are not turned on during the day. The furniture is simple but practical. The hotel was a pleasant surprise overall. The pickup driver was very responsible, contacting us in advance of our arrival. The front desk staff was also great, accommodating our request to change rooms. Our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the fountain and Taiping Ancient Street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. As the pickup driver said, once you stay here, you'll want to come back. Everything was indeed excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
