I was caught off-guard with the excellent services that the services staff provided. Everyone from the reception counter, bell boy, housekeeping and others are courteous and friendly and approachable. Especially the resturant staffs that I encounter whilst having breakfast there. I failed to recall his name (my fault), while st the counter awaiting fir my favourite food (eggs) he approached me and inform of the different variations of eggs which the chef can prepared to cater for individual tastes bud. He even assisted me with the re-filling of coffee. Wow, and that is a personal touch. There are bad odours or foul smell anywhere. Well done.

This is a newly renovated hotel in Ubud. The facilities are excellent, definitely an upgrade from previous luxury options. It's located two kilometers from the town center, about a 20-minute walk. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find various restaurants, and getting a taxi to anywhere is quick. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. The whole hotel isn't very big; you can walk around it in five or six minutes, which gives it a cozy feel, perhaps due to its size. The staff work very hard, but sometimes they seem understaffed. Two people at the front desk have to manage both reception and luggage delivery. The restaurant is also very good, though the selection isn't as extensive as larger luxury hotels, simply because the overall property is smaller.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short 5 mins walk from the Habourbay Terminal. However, was rather disappointed by the service and facilities. (1) Room had a weird stale, musty smell when we first checked in to our room, but the smell eventually went away after 2-3h with aircon circulation. It was bearable but we could really use an air freshener. (2) We were not informed that the gym/pool had opening or closing times. There were also no signs indicating as such. When we tried to visit the gym at around 10pm, everything was already closed. (3) On the amenities, we had to make repeated checks receptionist that we can get a shaving razor and instant coffee. At first, the housekeeping didn't understand what we wanted. The first receptionist at the front desk simply just tried to waive us away by saying they are not available. It was only after we approached a second receptionist did they finally understood and brought it out for us. The shower gel also ran out after the first night and housekeeping did not refill it despite cleaning the room in the day. (4) The hotel spa, despite saying they were open for 24h and that a reservation was required, repeatedly told us to go to their counter at the 4th floor to check on availability. We went there and checked at least 6 times during our 3D2N stay and each time, we were told that there was no immediate availability but to come back at a later time instead. They also turned us away when we tried to make an advance booking. They could have saved time for everyone by just saying there was no availability and reservations were unavailable instead of asking us to come back every now and then. Overall, the service level was very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There are better and cheaper hotel options around the Harbourbay area.

I booked this hotel because it was newly opened, but only realized upon arrival that parts of the property were still undergoing construction. The gym was not yet operational, and several rooms remained closed for renovation.

During my two-night stay, there was a serious insect issue in the room, including mosquitoes, fruit flies, flies, and other insects. My friend was bitten multiple times during our stay. On the morning of the second day, I requested a room change, but was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available.

The staff assured me that they would arrange pest control treatment for the room, but no action appeared to have been taken. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience, especially given the lack of resolution despite raising the issue with the hotel.

The room so spacious, clean and comfortable. Got many car park so dont worry. While my kids so enjoy and got soo much fun swimming at their kids pool! Will repeat soon 🥰
