I only stayed for one night but was so impressed by how spacious the room felt despite having 1 King and 1 single sofa bed which was helpful for my luggage packing and elderly parents. There was a ultra fast charging (100W) port and I thought that was very helpful. The location is also the best, nothing can beat, cross the road from Hakata station and it's there. Wish I could have booked this hotel across other parts of Japan.

Just a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Department Store and Canal City Hakata. Also, the popular Fukcoffee shop is only a 2-minute walk away. Great environment and excellent service.

Location was super good 5 minute walk to Hakata station. There is bath tub in the hotel that u can enjoy the salt bath after a long day walk and sightseeing. The hotel provides three kinds that you can chose . Nearby also have Starbucks , convenience stores and late shopping for essential items till 11pm . MRT convenient to Tenjin and others nearby places to visit like shrine .

Location of this hotel is remarkable and within 7 mins walking distance to Shinjuku Station and Expressway Bus Terminal. There’s also 2 convenient store near hotels (Lawson & Family Mart) + McDonalds and Wendy’s Burger Cafe. Hot and cold water dispenser on every floor for easy access. I will always stay at this hotel whenever I am in Tokyo. Staff were also friendly and readily to assist you in check-in and luggage storage. Good security system as room card is required to tap on reader in the lift to get to your designated floor and room. After 10pm, the main door of hotel is also locked and requires room card to enter the hotel entrance and lobby. 

Hotel service was impeccable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, especially loved the toilet and showers which were spacious with good water pressure. There’s also a free lounge that served simple drinks and small snacks which was much appreciated. 

Location is also great, within walking distance of the both the JR and metro stations. Shimbashi station is well connected to various lines that you’d use to hit the common attractions, also close enough to Ginza.  

Highly recommended and would definitely return again for my next trip to Tokyo

The hotel's location is pretty good. While it's not in the very center of Kokusai Street, it's quite convenient for the subway station. You can walk to the Prefectural Office and even DFS. There's also a seafood market right next door, which is great for dining.

The lobby environment and room size are both decent. However, having to pick up toiletries downstairs yourself makes it feel a bit too much like a budget hotel (even though it carries the JR name...)
