I specifically chose to stay at The Upper House Shanghai because I saw it offered the Trip.com Black Diamond WOW Privilege. I had originally planned to bring my mother here for her birthday, but she had a last-minute conflict and couldn't make it, so I brought my friend instead.

The hotel’s Black Diamond WOW Privilege was very well prepared: as soon as we opened the door, we saw the Trip.com Black Diamond WOW welcome letter. The Upper House Shanghai's Black Diamond WOW Privilege was clearly outlined, including a complimentary room upgrade, 300 consumption credit, and more!

Hotel service was exceptionally good. Since we received a complimentary room upgrade, the upgraded room needed to be cleaned. Leo, the front desk attendant, proactively invited us to the 3rd floor for complimentary drinks and let us order anything we wanted from the menu. He also informed us that we could check into our original room immediately, or we could wait on the third floor for the upgraded room to be cleaned while enjoying our drinks. He gave us multiple options, which was a very accommodating and efficient service approach.

The hotel's Sui Tang Li restaurant was delicious. The 'Bull Demon King' dish was very filling; the two of us were completely stuffed from the two-person Black Pearl set menu. We couldn't even eat supper afterwards. It was exceptionally tasty. Charles, a waiter, also had a fantastic service attitude and kept introducing us to various dishes. He even prepared extra desserts for us at the end.

I also want to especially thank Alex, the duty manager. Alex personally escorted us to our room and introduced it. His introduction was engaging and knowledgeable, not at all rigid. He also personally helped us inspect the room's cleanliness. The room was truly spotless!

This was my first stay at The Upper House Shanghai and my first experience with the Black Diamond WOW hotel privilege. I sincerely thank Trip.com and all the staff at The Upper House Shanghai for their assistance.

Hotel parking was very convenient. You need to drive to HKRI Taikoo Hui P1, and although it's called P1, it actually seemed to be on basement level three or two. Just keep driving down, and you'll see the P1 sign. After seeing the P1 sign, you'll see the signs for The Upper House Shanghai; just follow them, and it's very convenient.

Thanks again to Leo, the front desk attendant, Alex, the duty manager, Charles, the restaurant waiter, and all the other staff at The Upper House Shanghai on October 6th and 7th.

The hotel is beautiful, facing the large LV flagship store.

Traveling to Hong Kong with my kids, we stayed in a sea-view suite for 4 nights, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

We initially booked an 80-square-meter room, but after seeing the hotel, we wanted to upgrade to their most iconic sea-view room. So, we upgraded directly to a sea-view suite. Although it cost a bit more, we felt the upgrade was definitely worth it.

The room's view was truly stunning. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offered an unparalleled vista, with panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The bedroom had both sea and mountain views, each offering a unique charm day and night. Even the bathtub provided an incredible view. In a place where every inch is precious like Hong Kong, such a living experience felt particularly valuable.

The entire hotel staff was warm, polite, and paid great attention to detail. From the concierge to the front desk and restaurant staff, everyone provided thoughtful, professional, and enthusiastic service. A special thank you to Vanessa for meticulously arranging various matters for us, handling many small requests, and even thoughtfully providing little gifts. There was a pleasant surprise every day when we returned to the room.

The breakfast was à la carte, and even after four consecutive days, the taste remained excellent. The location is superb, just a short walk to Pacific Place, making it a perfect spot for those who love to shop.

This stay completely eliminated any sense of unfamiliarity in a strange city; it felt more like having a comfortable home away from home. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant and fulfilling stay. We will definitely prioritize The Upper House on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Breakfast: Semi-buffet style, very satisfying. The freshly made items were delicious and plentiful.
Ambiance: I loved the decor; it's stylish, great for photos, and separates quiet and lively areas well.
Service: Mostly young staff, very enthusiastic. They proactively provided information and recommended nearby attractions and snacks. I forgot my charger when I went out, and a quick call to service had one delivered. They even gave a small gift when I checked out. I'd say the service details were impeccable.

If I come to Chengdu again, I'll definitely choose The House Collective. It offers a unique experience. Plus, they called the day before check-in to confirm my preferences and even upgraded my room. Overall, highly rated. Love it! 💕
