This was my second time staying here. The rooms are spacious, and the location is very convenient, close to the station and within walking distance to many attractions.

However, during the afternoon while we were napping, someone unexpectedly opened the door. Not sure if it was housekeeping or by mistake, but it was a bit unsettling.

Overall, a good stay for the location and comfort but security and privacy could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Vacances Bleues Villa Modigliani.

The hotel was very clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciate the beautiful courtyard—quiet, green, and very atmospheric.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would love to stay here again if we return to Paris.

My stay at Hôtel le Royal Promenade des Anglais in Nice was pretty average. They say it's on the Promenade des Anglais, but the location isn't really central; it's a bit far from the lively areas. I was also given a room at the end of the corridor on a low floor, and half the view from the window was blocked by trees, so I barely saw any of the promised sea view. The service was just okay, nothing particularly enthusiastic. The most disappointing part was the breakfast – incredibly limited options, hardly anything to eat, which definitely didn't match the price point. Overall, the value for money isn't great. I wouldn't recommend it.
