really love this hotel!! walking distance to dotonbori, literally 30 seconds to yotsubashi line and there’s 24hour aeon supermarket to get your instant food and drinks. 

hotel is super clean and cosy, with big beds and able to open 3 big luggage at once. Would 100% highly recommend this  hotel!!

I am very pleased with my stay at the Via Inn Shinsaibashi! The check in was fast and hotel staff was helpful.  There is a good variety of amenities such as skin care lotion, cream and cleaning gel and milk etc in small packs provided on 3rd floor reception which exceeded my expectations.  The room is small but the beddings are comfortable.  The furnitures and bathroom are new and in good condition.  I was able to get an extra pillow and even some female hygiene pads when I asked at the reception which showed they have good hospitality and customer service.  The hotel is right next to the Nikko Hotel Osaka, and there is an airport shuttle bus drop off and pick up from there which is super convenient.  It only takes 1 minute to enter to the major shopping alley on Shinsaibashi, and 3 minutes to Dontonbori!  I asked for a high floor quiet room and I was assigned the top floor room away from the elevator and it is quiet.  I love this hotel as it is in a super location, and I had a very comfortable stay! Not to mention I was able to lock the booking with a very good rate! Thank you Via Inn Shinsaibashi for making my stay in Osaka so wonderful. Will definitely stay again next time I Coke to Osaka! I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The location is excellent, very close to JR Tennoji Station. After exiting the central gate on the second floor, turn right, cross the sky bridge, and walk straight for about 100 meters to reach it. Don Quijote is right downstairs, and the hotel has a direct elevator entrance. The breakfast is decent, but after eating it for four consecutive days, it became a bit repetitive as the menu didn't change much. For shopping, there's Kintetsu Department Store, which basically covers all products, and tax refunds are on the 3.5th floor of the annex building. There are also attractions like Tennoji Park, the zoo, and Tsutenkaku Tower nearby. There's a Mega Don Quijote one subway stop away, but honestly, the prices aren't particularly great or offer significant discounts. I would still consider staying here again next time.

I booked a twin room, and check-in and check-out were self-service. The room was a bit small but I could still open my suitcase. All facilities were complete, and the TV supported screen mirroring. 

It's worth mentioning that I forgot my backpack in the room when checking out. Thanks to the help from Trip.com customer service and the hotel, they managed to send my backpack to my hotel in Tokyo. I sincerely thank Trip.com and the hotel staff again and give them a five-star rating!!!

This hotel is a 5–8 minute walk to JR Osaka Station/Umeda Station, and you can use the underground passage so you won't get wet on rainy days.

There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, drugstores, and shopping malls nearby.

Japanese standard cleanliness, no strange smells, and comfortable bedding (Serta mattress).
It faces the street, but the windows are very soundproof, so it's quiet at night.

• Efficient and Multilingual Service
24-hour front desk with Chinese/English speaking staff, making check-in quick.
Free luggage storage and a self-service laundry room (very practical).

• Small but Functional Rooms
Standard rooms are about 13㎡ with an efficient Japanese layout.
The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's a refrigerator, electric kettle, air purifier, and complimentary toiletries.

I stayed for four nights. It's very close to Shin-Osaka Station, about 600 meters away, and there's a vertical elevator at the entrance. Because it's so close, you can hear the Shinkansen passing by. Breakfast costs extra, but there's a convenience store right next door. The self-service washing machine with a dryer function was very convenient. The room was cleaned every day, which was great.

Exiting N22 Kyobashi Station, take the escalator up and cross the skybridge. You'll spot a 7-Eleven; the hotel is located right above it. The reception is on the 3rd floor.

The room is compact but well-designed with a square layout, making efficient use of space. It's very clean, and the window soundproofing is excellent, though you can still hear conversations in the hallway.

Toiletries are available for self-collection next to the elevators on the 3rd-floor reception area.

The hotel offers a hot spring bath, which we didn't have time to use, but yukatas (bathrobes) for the hot spring are provided in the room.

Room is very clean and tidy, a bit small but typical for tokyo. Towels were changed everyday or left outside the room if you opt out of cleaning for the day. Location is perfect, away from the noise and crowds in Shinjuku but still walking distance. Automated check-in kiosks and free toiletries and other amenities at the lobby. The hotel also had laundry facilities and offered breakfast but I didn’t get to try those. The only thing I would change are the pillows, they are a lot harder than most hotels and while I still had a good sleep, I do prefer something a bit softer. Overall, would definitely stay again.

The hotel's architecture is very unique, and I was given a high-floor room with a view of the Skytree from both the room and the bathroom ✌️. Just that view alone made me happy to return to the room! 😍 The room was brightly lit and looked very clean, but the windows couldn't be opened. The hallway was airy, and on the second day, it rained, so I could hear the heavy rain outside my door early in the morning. Breakfast was also good, and the Mapo tofu rice was surprisingly delicious! 👍 The hotel's location is a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the convenience store is also a few minutes away. Besides ice, there were no other drinks or water available. Those who love rooms with a view will adore this place! 😎

It was a incredible and nice stay in Via Inn, the inn is a couple of walks apart from the Iidabashi station, around 7 minutes by foot. For large luggage carriers, travelers may need to plan out their tracks to travel back and forth to the station, i recommend using the elevator exit opposite to B2 exit from Iidabashi station, then crossing at the traffic light (Google maps may not present this route for foreign travelers)
The staffs are friendly and well spoken, making each guests felt welcomed and taken care of, you can ask for cutlery at the front desk after purchasing meals from the supermarket nearby, we had few nights having preprepared meals at our hotel room, they were nice qualitied plus not pricey, suitable for budget friendly trip travelers
Overall a great stay, and having my first stay in Japan, it was an A+ experience

No regrets choosing this hotel!

It’s very close to Oimachi Station, so getting to places like Shinagawa, Shibuya, and Shinjuku was super easy. There are also malls, lots of good restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so food was never a problem.

The room was clean and spacious. I traveled alone and had no problem opening my 28-inch suitcase. The view was also really nice.

Check-in, check-out, and luggage storage were all self-service and very easy.

Breakfast was the same every day, but it was still tasty.

Would definitely stay here again!

We, a family of three with a two-year-old, came to Tokyo and found this hotel to be excellent. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing things. The subway station is also very close, just a 3-5 minute walk. If you head right out of the hotel, you'll find plenty of food options, including ********* and Korean cuisine. The breakfast was simple but very clean and hygienic. We booked a room with a 1.5-meter bed, which was perfectly fine for two adults and our child. Getting to the airport by taxi only took about 25-30 minutes, which was very convenient. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.

I stayed in Ginza for a day as a transit stop after landing, and the bed was great; I slept soundly until morning. I had dinner at Hokuto Wagyu downstairs, but it wasn't great value for money. The most expensive set menu was ¥3980, and the portion of beef for two was tiny. The ¥1000 special lunch set was acceptable for the price, but the meat quality was very ordinary. The discounted sashimi from OK Supermarket was excellent; I got a fantastic meal for just 100 RMB. I tried the beef bowl at Tsukiji Market downstairs, but the beef had a strong ***** taste. The offal bowl had a very heavy bean paste flavor that I couldn't get used to. The market itself is mostly tourists, so it's worth a quick look around, but that's about it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Ningyocho subway station exit, making travel easy, and you can take a direct subway line to Haneda Airport. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming, and they even lend out umbrellas if it rains. The room was clean and tidy, and the three-piece bathroom in the triple room was a definite plus. Breakfast was also good. The only downside is that bottled water isn't provided in the room.

Overall, this was an excellent hotel experience. The environment was quiet and very clean, especially the bed, which left a lasting impression. The bed was large, and both the mattress and bedding were exceptionally clean, which isn't always the case in hotels, making for a very peaceful night's sleep.

One small detail truly stood out: the slippers on the first day weren't quite right, but after cleaning on the second day, they were replaced with a more comfortable pair (I'm not sure if this was a deliberate adjustment by the staff, but it definitely left a positive impression). Also, when I accidentally stained the bedsheet, the cleaning staff handled it incredibly thoroughly and efficiently, for which I'm very grateful.

The hotel also offers a variety of items for rent, such as different types of pillows, curling irons, garment steamers, and bottle openers, which is very thoughtful for travelers. The front desk service was consistently polite and attentive, making me feel respected and comfortable throughout my stay.

Satisfied with this Japanese city hotel – great location and surprisingly well-equipped for its size. The service was also excellent. We got a good price during the off-season, which made it a fantastic deal. It's only a five-minute walk from the Nagoya Shinkansen exit, and about ten minutes to Meitetsu Nagoya Station. There are tons of dining options nearby; I highly recommend an izakaya called 'Daikoku' – their grilled dishes are superb! (They don't take Alipay, only tap-to-pay credit cards or cash). The underground area of Nagoya Station also has many restaurants and clothing shops to explore, plus a currency exchange office (the hotel reception has a pamphlet about it – grab one, or you'll get lost!). Behind Nagoya Station, you'll find Takashimaya and Meitetsu Department Store. All in all, extremely convenient. Beyond the official tourist brochures, the hotel lobby also had recommendations for local cafes and eateries from the staff, which felt very thoughtful. Nagoya truly is an interesting city worth exploring. One minor drawback: the bathroom drain was very slow, so I wouldn't recommend taking a bath unless you're prepared to wait until the next day for the water to drain.
