1. The room is spacious enough to open a small suitcase, and it comes with a sofa and a small table. There were no unpleasant odors.
2. There's a well-stocked supermarket right across the street from the hotel, and it's very easy to catch a taxi from the roadside, which is super convenient.
3. It's very close to Asakusa; you can just walk and explore your way there.
4. The hotel has many restaurants, which is very convenient. The high-floor restaurants offer great views, and you can even see the Tokyo Skytree.
5. The hotel staff are very diligent and responsible; when I arrived late at night, someone guided me directly to check-in. All the requests I made when booking the hotel were met.

This is our third stay at this hotel, and each time has been wonderful.

**Amenities:** The room is very spacious, and having a sofa is great for families with children. There's a coin-operated/QR code laundry room with separate washers and dryers, which is efficient and dries clothes quickly!

**Cleanliness:** I understand that there might be some water stains around the counter basin, but it would be even better if the cleaning was more thorough. Overall, it's very clean.

**Location:** There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is super convenient.

**Service:** Excellent.

This time we didn't stay near Disney. We took a taxi to Disney from here, which was around 400 JPY and took about half an hour. A taxi to Haneda Airport was also about 30 minutes and cost around 450 JPY.

Breakfast is delicious, and there are several small parks nearby for kids to play in, all within walking distance.

The hotel felt a bit old overall, but the location was good. During the National Day holidays, everything was expensive, so the 'Two Countries' hotel (两国美景酒店) was relatively cheaper, with a corner twin room costing just over 1200. The room was spacious and came with an entryway, allowing me to fully open one suitcase there, while another could be brought into the main room and opened simultaneously. The beds were also large, feeling like 1.1-1.2 meters wide each, not the small 0.9-meter ones. A slight downside was that the hotel is right next to the JR line, so you'd feel vibrations and hear some noise when trains passed. It wasn't a big deal if you used earplugs. The hotel was cleaned daily and was quite tidy. Check-out was at 11 AM, which was better than 10 AM, and they offered free luggage storage on the 3rd floor. There was no washing machine at the hotel. The nearest laundromat was a 6-minute walk away, with separate washers and dryers. A wash cost 400, and 10 minutes of drying was 100. It closed at midnight. There was another 24-hour laundromat 10 minutes away that had combined washer-dryers, costing 800-1000 yen per cycle.

HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience.

The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience.

The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks.

Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

The environment is great, with good views of the Sydney cityscape. Getting around is fairly convenient, with a train to the city center and a bus for early morning flights. BUT! The train is incredibly loud; I didn't get a good night's sleep for several nights. You really need to weigh your options carefully! Also, I haven't received my 50 AUD deposit back yet!
