The room was nice and clean, but the yellow stain on the bath mat, which looked like excrement, was quite off-putting. The staff training for a chain hotel was incredibly poor. My key card failed multiple times, locking me out of my room. I suspect the cleaning staff might have accidentally taken my ID during cleaning. The front desk was very perfunctory and showed no intention of resolving the issue. The floor supervisor was even more ridiculous, claiming they checked the trash and didn't find anything, then pushing all the blame onto the cleaning lady. She then told us our trash was picked up yesterday – how utterly ridiculous! The cleaning lady, however, had a very good attitude. I highly recommend the hotel provides better training for its middle managers and front desk staff. It's a significant downgrade compared to Huazhu Hotels.

The cleaner was so annoying. I left for her letter which is don’t distract me, she came in my room without permission always every morning. And she even don’t understand any words in English

The service was really good. Maybe it was because it was the weekend, they upgraded the room type for free and gave me a fruit plate. I walked around the hotel for a few times and found that their configuration and service were really good. There is a free independent parking lot, electric charging piles, and a tea room for guests to talk. There are all kinds of tea sets and tea leaves in the room, which are also free. In addition, there is a free reading bookshelf in the lobby. As long as you are a guest staying here, you can borrow it for free. With free coffee, it feels very comfortable. Another key service is breakfast. Although the hotel charges a low fee, the breakfast variety is very rich. I have stayed in many hotels outside. Personally, I feel that this place is generally good value for money.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room facilities are average, and the surrounding environment is also just okay. However, the staff's attitude is excellent. The breakfast is average. Given its location in a bustling area of Shanghai, having free parking is a great plus and quite rare. Overall, the hotel offers a good experience.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail.

Great Location: The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient. It's perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was very efficient. Room service was quick to respond, and our requests were promptly addressed.

Comfortable Room: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were modern, and the hot water supply was ample and consistent.

Thoughtful Touches: The complimentary welcome fruit and minibar drinks were a nice touch. The in-room smart control system (or high-quality toiletries) really left a lasting impression.

Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the local specialty snacks, which were very authentic.

Overall, it was excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to friends!

Absolutely fantastic! Clean, comfortable, and quiet – I couldn't be more satisfied. It's also conveniently located for dining. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for my next visit. The weather was great, and it was so easy to get around Dishui Lake on a shared bike.

The 24-hour front desk service is very attentive and friendly. The accommodation is very cost-effective for this location and price. There are two floors in total, and both the stairs and the elevator are very convenient. There are bus stops opposite and on the left side for public transportation.

The room is very large, the luggage is convenient, the breakfast is rich, there is a laundry dryer, overall it is not bad.

Stayed for 6 days, the facilities and environment are good, the front desk should be the duty manager and other front desk girls are more gentle, very good attitude. Laundry, drying, gym are available, the aunt in the restaurant on the second floor is also very good, too late to eat breakfast will ask you if you need to take a yogurt to go, very kind.

Service: The beautiful lady has a good service attitude. I came late that day. I asked to compare the room and patiently introduce the style of different room types. I must give a good comment.
Environment: The parent-child room we booked is simple and generous. The style I like is shown in the picture. I will come again if I have a chance. Those with children can go to the little yellow duck paradise next to it.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The decor was a bit dated, but it was fairly clean. There was free parking, and it was close to nearby attractions and shopping areas, making it a good value for money hotel. There was also a large supermarket next door, which was very convenient for shopping.

Carelessly placed the bracelet in the hotel room, and found out that I had no hope after walking far. After contacting the hotel, the staff was particularly responsible and carefully helped me find the whole house, helped me find it and stored it properly, and was polite and patient throughout the process. Not perfunctory, not shirking, really thinking for the guests. The overall environment of the hotel is very comfortable, the towels are soft and the bedding is very new. The sanitation is clean and in place. The small chaos of the breakfast is delicious. The service is full of human touch. The stay is comfortable and at ease. I will come to this next time.

I chose this Gefei hotel for a business trip to Suzhou, which completely exceeded expectations and must come and boast!
 
🏨 Room experience is full
As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised! The overall decoration is simple and modern, clean and advanced, and there is no smell at all. The oversized wall-mounted giant screen projection is too amazing. You can watch blockbuster movies when you lie on the bed. The atmosphere is directly full, and the fatigue of business trips is instantly cured. The bedding is just right, it is particularly comfortable to sleep, and the curtains are also super shading, which does not affect the rest at all.
 
🧹 Full details, clean to impeccable
Whether it is the bedroom or the washing area separated from dry and wet, it is cleaned spotlessly, and the towels and spare parts are neatly arranged. The desk in the room is spacious and bright, the office and processing work are not cramped at all, and the socket location is also very reasonable. It is too intimate for people with computers on business trips!

The location is very convenient, travel and eating are very convenient. The front desk service is warm and efficient, the check-in is super fast, the response to questions is also very timely, and the whole process is very comfortable.

The last time I experienced a good experience, this time I came with a friend. I first complained about the sticker on the window. There is no new idea. Consider changing it. 🙈 I like the lobby very much. It is spacious and clean! I was very tired when I got off work at night and had sweet desserts. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures after eating. 😁 The front desk lady was considerate and enthusiastic. I wanted to drink coffee and help me! Awesome 👍

The hotel was very comfortable and very satisfied with the room hygiene. The bedding was very comfortable. The service is still very thoughtful. The hotel has two free parking lots, and there are charging piles in the underground parking lot, which is very convenient for the tram. The hotel breakfast is very rich, the variety is quite complete, especially the small wontons I like most, the thin skin of the package is more, I like it very much. Recommended stay.
