The hotel room was quite small, and check-in wasn't available until after 3 PM. There are a lot of foreign staff at the front desk now, and it's difficult to communicate with them in Japanese. In the past, the Japanese staff were always easy to talk to. I requested a high-floor room when I booked, but I ended up on the 10th floor. This was also the most expensive room rate I've paid in over a decade.

When I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. It took running the air purifier all night to make it slightly better.

I used to like the restaurant on the 3rd floor, but it's no longer there. I could only dine on the 25th floor. This time, there was no queue for breakfast, so the hotel's occupancy rate probably isn't very high, which makes it even more frustrating that I didn't get a high-floor room.

The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland. 
The airport limo bus stops directly at the hotel. 
No house keeping. The rooms are very small. Can probably open one luggage at a time. 
Take note that during winter, the aircon is on heater mode. The room is very hot and stuffy. Only returned to the room at night, hence the temperature was still bearable. If during the day, I think the room will be extremely hot without the aircon.

Location: There is an underground walkway to Shinjuku Station but the walk takes 15min. Going to station in morning is ok as the walkway is downhill but walking from the station to the hotel is tough as the walkway is uphill.
Cleanliness: The cleaner was good for the first 6 days but my last day the cleaning staff did not throw away my used tea bag, nor clean the cup I used. 
Service: There is English speaking staff and provided accurate information on all my enquiries
Facilites: Self-service luggage storage, laundry with self dispensing laundry liquid, microwaves, take as many pillows and amenities as you like, including face mask and jojoba oil. There facilities are awesome

I was choosing between room in the Main building or Annex, I saw Annex has a higher rating than the Main so I went with Annex, which in my booking is 10% more expensive than the Main. In hind sight I should have gone with room in the Main building because Main building is directly connected to the underground walkway to the station without exposing to rain.

The location is fantastic, right outside Akihabara subway station, and breakfast also offers a street view.

Check-in was semi-self-service, and while not many words were exchanged, the staff seemed a bit cold, and it was the same at check-out.

Cleanliness is impeccable, as is typical in Japan – everything is very clean. Breakfast, as pictured, was neither good nor bad.

Overall, I highly recommend it. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Akihabara.

The hotel is very clean and the location is very convenient. It is very easy to find next to Lichuan Station and Lichuan South Station. There is free coffee juice tea and hot water in the lobby, which is very suitable for Chinese stomach. Will choose to live here.

The whole hotel gives an old impression.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled and the temperature cannot be set.
The bathtub is small and it's not possible to relax in it.
I think there is a reason why it is cheap.
There is a multi-story parking lot behind the hotel where you can park for 750 yen per night.
I think the Washington Hotel in front of Yamagata Station is several times better.

Located on the top of a business building linking to the Yamagata station.

You won’t have to be worried even if it’s snowing or raining.

A side note to travellers from the hotter climate, the hotel doesn’t supply air conditioning during winter. Instead it has a small webbed facility that allows outside air to flow into the room. This slight chills the room. However during the day, the room will be super hot.

Initially we had a room facing the sun and when we checked in, the room is super hot. Called the customer service only to find out they didn’t have air conditioning during winter and we have to rent a fan from them.

After a slight communication, the customer service is kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room which is slightly cooler. Big props to the customer service lady! 5 stars service !

Wow, this is my first time staying in such a spacious room!

**Environment:** It's right by Exit 5 of Rinku Town Station, and there's a 24-hour supermarket next door. Getting to the outlets is super convenient too.

**Facilities:** They offer free luggage storage, and when you check in, they'll ask if you need the airport shuttle, which is also free.

**Service:** The front desk provides various toiletries.

There's a Family Mart convenience store on the second floor of the hotel, so you don't even need to go outside.
