Hotel boss  is located in a strategic location and the reception gave us an upgrade Alvin Lee was so nice and made us feel welcome. The amenities in the hotel was okay but they need to check the treadmill because not all are functioning well. My family went swimming and said that it was nice. This is a super lively hotel and when I get back to SG we might get back here again

The hotel room is impeccably clean, well-lit and comfortable.
The location is wonderfully strategic, making it an easy access from airport & get around to major sights by MRT Station beside the hotel.
There are so many incredible local eateries, food stalls, fast food shop, food court, coffee shop surrounding, so you won't run out of delicious optip to try.
The staffs were also welcoming, friendly & helpful.

The hotel is right next to the MRT, about a five-minute walk, and convenient for getting to the shopping street. There are two 7-Eleven stores next to the hotel. The room was clean, and while not huge, it was probably just right for two adults. There's a luggage rack in the room that can accommodate a 26-inch suitcase. The swimming pool is about 1.2m deep and doesn't have kickboards or life vests, so you'll need to bring your own. The front desk staff were very friendly. I stayed here with my 7-year-old, and the downsides were that the bed was very high with no bed rails, and the pool's depth makes it less suitable for families with young children.

The hotel's location is excellent. The bus stop is a short walk to the left, and the metro station is a short walk to the right, both just a few minutes away. The staff are very helpful and friendly, answering all our questions in detail and clearly. We were able to store our luggage for free after check-out, which was great as we checked out at noon and didn't pick it up until 10 PM. Getting to the airport by metro is also very convenient.

As for the room, you get what you pay for. At this price point, it's one of the cheapest options in this area. The rooms are quite small; two people have to squeeze past each other to move around. However, it's a case of 'small but perfectly formed' – it has everything you need. Even hotels costing over a thousand yuan here only offer about 15 square meters, so for around 500 yuan, this place offers decent value for money.

I just checked out after spending 6 nights at Value Hotel Balestier, and overall, I had a really good stay.

The room isn’t huge, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has everything I needed after a full day of exploring Singapore. Since I was out sightseeing most of the time, it was a great place to come back, rest, and recharge.

One thing I really liked was the location. There are plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and bus stops just a short walk from the hotel. Getting around was easy, and I could reach places like Orchard Road, Marina Bay, Sentosa, and other attractions without much hassle. The nearest MRT station is a little farther away, but the bus connections are excellent and very convenient.

A comfortable and convenient stay.
I recently spent two nights at the Venus Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it a comfortable place to stay. While the room itself is a bit compact, it is very well-designed and functional.
I was impressed by how well-equipped the room was, as it came with a full range of amenities. The hotel's location is also a major plus—it is very close to heritage sites, making it incredibly easy and convenient to explore the area. As you can see in *image.png*,the hotel has a lovely, inviting lobby area where you can relax as well. Overall, a great choice for travelers who value convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

What you see is what you get – the room was indeed a bit small, but it was clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Soundproofing was practically non-existent. There's a Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. Directly across from the hotel is a hawker center, which is where we had breakfast for all four days; their bread was delicious. For Singapore during the summer, this price was truly satisfying.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel 81 Gold during my trip to Singapore. The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering Singapore's accommodation prices. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Although the room was a bit small, it was well-maintained and suitable for resting after a full day of sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process quick and smooth. The location is also convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby.

The only downside was that the bathroom was quite compact, but it was clean and functional. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Singapore, I would recommend Hotel 81 Gold.

You need to close the toilet door to prevent the floor from getting wet. Still okay to leave if it’s just for sleeping and showering. TV has not much entertainment but you can still enjoy CNA if you would like the latest news on singapore and the globe. It’s a red light district so be aware so enjoy the view

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The lobby is spacious and has a grand, elegant feel, making a great first impression. The lobby staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

The room isn't very spacious, but considering the price, having a private en-suite bathroom makes it great value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

A few things to note: the room isn't very soundproof, but it was quiet at night, so it didn't affect my sleep. The hairdryer is attached inside the drawer, so don't be surprised if you can't find it at first. The hotel is also a bit of a walk from the nearest MRT station, which may be something to consider if you plan to use public transport frequently.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. It's a great choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel in a convenient area. I would happily stay here again.

It is similar to a B&B apartment. It seems to be newly opened in 2024. Its location is relatively remote. Entering from a small road, the navigation can hardly find the door. The interior of the room is relatively simple. A deposit of 200 baht is required at the front desk. Two sandwiches are given for breakfast. , 2 bottles of Coke are provided for free in the refrigerator in the room. There is a 7-11 convenience store 500 meters next to it, and the environment is very quiet.

整體的環境還算OK，還算比較滿意的，下次可能還會選擇他，但是可能就是沒有窗户，這一點是弊端，但是離醫院很近很近，2分鐘就走到了總體來説還是滿意的，服務態度特別好
