BenpaodeeThe location is great, very convenient in the city center. There are singing, dining, and shopping plazas right outside. It's only half an hour from the airport. The service is very good, although the front desk is a bit small. Breakfast is just average, but it's good value for the price. Recommended.

Sandi9000Everything was good, but the spring mattress needs replacing if there are stains. Also, breakfast could be upgraded; use tea bags for the tea and get a capsule coffee maker so guests can make their own. Even though it's a 2-star hotel, it still has 5-star standard facilities, and the service so far has been excellent.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Anonymous UserThe place is clean and comfortable even though it is located in a shophouse complex, but when checking in and checking out it takes a long time.
The food is varied and delicious.

Guest UserThis hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the service is satisfying. The facilities are also well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. As a suggestion, for connecting rooms, the soundproofing could be improved as noise from the next room is still quite audible and can affect comfort, especially if guests are not acquainted. I hope it continues to improve in the future and remains a great choice for a stay.
