GGuest UserFantastic hotel with so many amazing touches. I loved the staff, the location, and the decor. The breakfast was the best I have ever had with a hotel package. The service was second to none. When we arrived, they had a vintage radio playing in the room. What a cozy touch! The room was comfortable and fantastic. So happy with our stay.

入住之前完全沒有指示，我們開車繞了很久，才發現酒店的門在步行街上。最終是臨時找了一個路邊停車位，拖着箱子走過去的。
這點非常不好。
但是前台特別特別熱情！給我們講了很多！
第二天的早餐也很贊。
房間小而精但是乾淨，安靜，該有的都有。英國這個地方，物價還是太高了。

FFeiyang13Garden-style hotel, quick check-in, polite gentlemen, three-star hotel, the shortcoming is that we were arranged a room on the basement floor, which was not comfortable, and it was not specified when booking the room that it was a basement floor room.

GGuest UserWe felt this establishment was poor value for money from the size of room and amenities' point of view compared to other hotels in tourist locations in other cities. The room was nearly entirely taken up by the bed. The lift only went to the first floor, a potential challenge for guests who are elderly or infirm. No guest parking, no spa facilities which we had in other hotels for the same cost. On the plus side, staff were efficient and courteous. We will not be back.
