Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food ."

Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe perfect balance of price, scenery and service. First of all, the location is very good. If there is no self-driving, it is only a few hundred meters from the nearest terminal and bus station. There is a big supermarket within a few hundred meters, so it is convenient to buy everything. The hotel has a perfect view and is located by the lake. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Como from the hotel lobby and the hotel garden. Most of the rooms should have a very good view. No other plan to enjoy the view in the hotel is very satisfying. The overall facilities of the hotel are also ok, 4 stars are no problem, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is considered an excellent level among 4 stars. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with the scenery of the restaurant, very enjoyable. Finally, the service is good, and the staff are very helpful.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: It is comparable to the standards of domestic guesthouses, but it has everything it should have. It is quite suitable for traveling alone, but the shower room is very small and it is not very convenient to move around.
Hygiene: It is exquisite, you can't ask for too much, but it is qualified.
Environment: It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and the pier. There are restaurants and supermarkets outside.
Service: It is quite good. Breakfast includes bread, coffee, juice and cold cuts.

AAlbaTodo correcto, la habitación amplia y con aire acondicionado. El parking algo caro y hay que reservar. Realmente se aparca en el patio delantero del hotel, hay que dejar las llaves y ellos mueven los coches para colocarlos.
Muy cerca del centro y de los muelles para coger los barcos que te llevan a otras ciudades. El desayuno correcto.
