We came during the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day weekend to visit family in the area. The hotel is clean and located just off the freeway which makes it easy to access. We liked that the breakfast was made complimentary since there is less staff to allow their workers to take the holiday off. It was a nice stay and would be back again

We went to Arizona for a school trip. The majority of the team stayed at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The room we had was comfortable and had everything we needed stocked. The pool was clean. There is plenty of parking. Oh and wow what a sunrise!! I would definitely stay here with my family again.

Rooms werent cleaned properly, used water bottles found in the fridge and behind the foot stool. Razor sharp bow n arrow top found in the closet and the Thermostat was faulty and kept saying low batteries even when brand new batteries were put in TWICE.
The main door didnt even close and the maintenance team had to come take the door off and replace it.
Lauren was amazing at helping us during our entire trip.

SteeleAshley at the front desk was very nice and it was a speedy check in. The hotel is very clean throughout and the room was VERY nice. It was literally like a studio apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern look and feel and the ac felt good. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel it’s in a great location in Arizona I felt safe with my kids the rooms and hotel are very nice and clean I have no complaints to be honest I booked here twice and if I’m ever in Phoenix again I’ll probably rebook this hotel I think the only thing it’s missing is a microwave

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was quiet, Location was perfect for getting on and off the expressway. I was happy with the room, it was clean, and met our needs really well.

They’re thorough and patient. I’m currently dealing with a lot & I feel immensely overwhelmed and scattered brained, unfortunately along with an urgent matter along with family in the hospital. Nevertheless, they have been very considerate and welcoming. It makes a difference. It really does.

CHUNHENGThe waiter at the front desk is very warm and friendly. I am very humorous when communicating with you. I am also very professional and asked if we are satisfied with the room and breakfast. I can tell him if there is any opinion. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will consider staying at Chandler next time.
