ZhuzhuxiajuanIt's very convenient to go to Spectrum, South Coast Plaza and H mart. With a kitchen, it is convenient to cook by yourself. The lobby is spacious and bright, and is also where breakfast is served. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was broken and not even repaired. Parking is charged

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I was very confused! I almost found another hotel. After a 12-hour flight and an hour's drive, I was shocked to hear that my reservation was cancelled when I arrived at the hotel! Later, the hotel front desk said that they found my reservation, so I continued to stay.

I took my family to Irvine for a trip. After comparing many nearby hotels, we finally decided on this one, which looked very new. The overall style is very simple and stylish, and it looks like it was renovated only a few years ago. Parking is also ample at $30 per night. Having a sofa bed is much more convenient when traveling with the kids. Room service even makes the bed. I just asked the front desk when I went out in the afternoon and it was already made when I returned that evening.
Cleanliness: While the attention to detail wasn't as good as in Chinese chains like Atour and Four Seasons, it was still acceptable. The kitchen was well-equipped, but I didn't cook in it due to time constraints. This apartment is actually quite suitable for a long-term stay!
For just over $200, it's a good value!

This was a terrible complaint. Between 10:45 PM and 11:15 PM, I was woken up by repeated, shrill laughter. I'm staying on the pool-facing side for better sunlight. I called the front desk, but no one answered. Around 11:30 PM, I got dressed and went downstairs to check. There were seven Black men there. I didn't mean any racial discrimination; they were laughing and talking loudly almost in the early hours of the morning. I was just recording video as evidence. Then I went back to the front desk to show them the photos and the noise level. The front desk notified security. I don't know exactly what security did, but after I returned to my room, the laughter continued, so I knew they were just asked to be quiet. I strongly believe that at this hour, there should be at least some management in the lounge area. Guests can chat, but they should be directed to the lobby to avoid disturbing guests upstairs, especially since it's so late.
I called again, and it wasn't until after 2 AM that the seven Black men went back to the hotel to sleep, and then it finally quieted down completely.
I didn't get a good night's rest. I tried to fall asleep again around 2 AM, but it was very difficult.
Hotel complaints generally result in almost no compensation.
Ctrip earned my commission, but they resolved the issue proactively. I'm satisfied with Ctrip's handling. I don't know how much Ctrip's commission was, but I feel it was fully refunded as compensation, despite the hotel's lack of action.
I'm satisfied with Ctrip's handling, but I understand that Ctrip cannot predict the specific management and service of a hotel.
The hotel's overall condition is in line with the price range. The room had a damp smell, but everything else was fine. Overall, it's worth the money.
Objectively speaking, the management is quite poor.

The hotel room is not very big, the service is very good, breakfast can be ordered for two people within 50 US dollars, stayed for three days, the breakfast is delicious, the parking fee is 42 US dollars per day, it is quite convenient to go anywhere. There are no slippers and toothbrushes, and the hair dryer is old-fashioned. There are free bottled water, you can ask for it if it is not enough. I didn't take pictures of the room, but I took pictures of the breakfast.

The room has windows that can be opened, and the light and air are good. The front desk guy knew that we were staying again and gave us a good room. The service was also very warm and responsive, although we didn't need daily cleaning. One of the elevators was under maintenance so it was a bit slow. The coffee and tea were gone after breakfast, but other hotels provide coffee and tea all day.

The hotel was nice when I first arrived. It was clean and the customer service staff was friendly. However, the hotel is a bit old and the carpet in the room smells a bit. The breakfast was also very simple. Basically, I had coffee, fried eggs, sausages, and some fruit. The price was not worth it.

The room was quite spacious, just a bit old, but acceptable. The main issue was the train passing by, which was very noisy. Breakfast was also decent and quite plentiful. The hotel seemed to be fully booked every day, and some rooms opened directly to the outside, like a motel.
