Irvine Hotels with Wifi

"I picked a hotel at random when I was on a business trip to the United States and stayed there for just one night. Everything was pretty standard and the price was very affordable, so I will probably consider it again when I go on a business trip to Irvine next time."

"Breakfast was a great touch and waffles were good. That’s the only good thing. Being by the train is loud but totally fine and a little fun however the property is filthy. To save $$ they don’t have enough housekeepers to clean your room daily or to clean the property. In the hall the same clumps of hair were there the entire stay because the halls are never vacuumed. Inside the room the carpets are nasty, stained,has wads of gum smashed into them and frayed. The water in the shower has a dirt type smell. This is a Wyndham property so the owner is extremely wealthy…look them up but can’t spare any  money to pay enough staff to keep the property at a minimum presentable."

"This was a terrible complaint. Between 10:45 PM and 11:15 PM, I was woken up by repeated, shrill laughter. I'm staying on the pool-facing side for better sunlight. I called the front desk, but no one answered. Around 11:30 PM, I got dressed and went downstairs to check. There were seven Black men there. I didn't mean any racial discrimination; they were laughing and talking loudly almost in the early hours of the morning. I was just recording video as evidence. Then I went back to the front desk to show them the photos and the noise level. The front desk notified security. I don't know exactly what security did, but after I returned to my room, the laughter continued, so I knew they were just asked to be quiet. I strongly believe that at this hour, there should be at least some management in the lounge area. Guests can chat, but they should be directed to the lobby to avoid disturbing guests upstairs, especially since it's so late. I called again, and it wasn't until after 2 AM that the seven Black men went back to the hotel to sleep, and then it finally quieted down completely. I didn't get a good night's rest. I tried to fall asleep again around 2 AM, but it was very difficult. Hotel complaints generally result in almost no compensation. Ctrip earned my commission, but they resolved the issue proactively. I'm satisfied with Ctrip's handling. I don't know how much Ctrip's commission was, but I feel it was fully refunded as compensation, despite the hotel's lack of action. I'm satisfied with Ctrip's handling, but I understand that Ctrip cannot predict the specific management and service of a hotel. The hotel's overall condition is in line with the price range. The room had a damp smell, but everything else was fine. Overall, it's worth the money. Objectively speaking, the management is quite poor."

"The room is clean and tidy, surrounded by wealthy areas, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Self-parking is in the parking building next door, 28 dollars a day, free access, very good and convenient! The drinks in the lounge on the first floor are also very good, and the staff are very friendly. Very cost-effective, can stay"

"I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation."

"The location of the highway exit is very convenient for travel. The facilities are a bit outdated. There are no toiletries or slippers, and no free bottled water. The surrounding area lacks a commercial atmosphere. Having a car is fine, but not having one is a real pain."

"This hotel has an elegant environment, clean and comfortable rooms, and complete facilities. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and responds quickly. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The location is convenient, and there are many transportation and dining options around. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, very suitable for business travel or family travel, and I will choose to stay next time!"

"The bed in the hotel is very comfortable, and the surrounding environment is relatively refreshing. There are several Mexican fast food restaurants. We drove to Dana Point at sunset. It is very beautiful and worth a visit. It takes only 20 minutes from the hotel. It is convenient"

"The location was conveniently close to the airport, and the staff were very friendly, making for a comfortable stay. The free airport shuttle bus was also a pleasant experience. Breakfast was basic, so I enjoyed a simple meal."
