"I picked a hotel at random when I was on a business trip to the United States and stayed there for just one night. Everything was pretty standard and the price was very affordable, so I will probably consider it again when I go on a business trip to Irvine next time."

"The room was quite spacious, just a bit old, but acceptable. The main issue was the train passing by, which was very noisy. Breakfast was also decent and quite plentiful. The hotel seemed to be fully booked every day, and some rooms opened directly to the outside, like a motel."

"While the price range is reasonable compared to other hotels in Irvine, the hotel is located right in front of John Wayne Airport, so noise from planes taking off and landing is constant, except during late-night hours. Overall, the hotel interior is clean, and most of the staff are cheerful and friendly. However, I inquired about the risk of explosions at the Garden Grove chemical plant before check-in, but received no response. Consequently, I checked in without being able to decide whether to cancel my stay or change my schedule. During my long 10-night stay, I requested an early check-in, but the hotel only cited its reservation policy prohibiting schedule changes. Unable to provide any assistance, I ended up moving to a different hotel after only 7 nights. I understand that regulations are regulations, but I feel a sense of regret that, despite being a franchise hotel, they did not show some discretion, such as allowing a transfer to another hotel within the same brand or offering credit. Had they done so, I would have felt greater trust and value in the Hilton brand image."

"The room is clean and tidy, surrounded by wealthy areas, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Self-parking is in the parking building next door, 28 dollars a day, free access, very good and convenient! The drinks in the lounge on the first floor are also very good, and the staff are very friendly. Very cost-effective, can stay"

"I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation."

"The location of the highway exit is very convenient for travel. The facilities are a bit outdated. There are no toiletries or slippers, and no free bottled water. The surrounding area lacks a commercial atmosphere. Having a car is fine, but not having one is a real pain."

The location is convenient, and there are many transportation and dining options around. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, very suitable for business travel or family travel, and I will choose to stay next time!"

"The bed in the hotel is very comfortable, and the surrounding environment is relatively refreshing. There are several Mexican fast food restaurants. We drove to Dana Point at sunset. It is very beautiful and worth a visit. It takes only 20 minutes from the hotel. It is convenient"

"The location was conveniently close to the airport, and the staff were very friendly, making for a comfortable stay. The free airport shuttle bus was also a pleasant experience. Breakfast was basic, so I enjoyed a simple meal."
