OPO Hotel

The room was big and nicely decorated,with a very comfortable bed,we had a great sleep.the bathroom was spacious and clean.the staff was kind and helpful.The hotel was 5 minutes from the Grand place and close to a metro station.threre are a lot of restaurants near the hotel.the only downside is that they don't serve breakfast yet but there are a lot of options near.

Clean and quiet hotel. We had a room with a loft and it was very spacious. Hotel is within walking distance of the Central train station and the Grand Place, lots of restaurants nearby too. Staff was helpful with storing our bags before check in too.

The room was clean, loved the shower, didn’t have time to watch tv at all, the staff were friendly and very helpful. All restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Take time out to try different cuisines, do sight seeing during the day and night.

Great location near the train station (only 10 minutes walk). Staff are polite and friendly. They provide a lot of useful travelling information. An Asian supermarket just next to the hotel. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Grand place is a few minutes walk. It's a great place to stay.

Love this hotel - location is great, room and bathroom were huge and very nice. Perfect accommodation for a family of three. Best shower I have had in Europe. Hotel staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to stay here and would stay again.

Newer hotel, very nice. Room for 3 was a good size. The toilet is separated (opposite side of room) from the shower and sinks. It was nice in the sense of being able to use it if someone was in the shower. Wish they had put a sink in with the toilet though. Also, the door to the shower was a frosted glass which when the light was on, it was like a beacon shining in the room. Plus a swinging door, not one to close and lock. Staff very nice. Even had an umbrella stand for guests. That came in handy. Location was great and we loved the hotel.

Partner and I spent 4 nights at the OPO hotel in a suite for our first trip to Brussels. Pros: clean, good location, strong WiFi. Awesome housekeeping staff. Cons: this is yet another hotel trying for hip/modern by having an odd and useless bathroom “door”. It’s a frosted glass swinging slab of uselessness. There is no doorknob, just a literal open hole to put your finger in to open and close the door. It doesn’t seal, and because the door was next to the bed when partner used the bathroom during the night the person in the bed is completely illuminated. For a not inexpensive hotel they leave you two creamers each day for 2 people. That came across as chintzy. The short loveseat and upholstered chair are uncomfortable. Way too few outlets in the room. Bottom line is I wanted to like this hotel but until the rooms have actual solid door (with a doorknob and not frosted glass) we won’t be returning. It’s overall a sad case of style over usefulness for what the rooms could be.
