New good apart hotel at nice Songjeong beach, surfing place. Located close to Haedong Yonggungsa temple, Lotte world and Lotte premium outlet and malls.

This is absolutely a budget friendly hotel with an astonishing sea view from 13th floor. Liked the way they recieved with a technical car parking. Pretty secured.
However, the bad part is even if they are e authority of the hotel , they are not supposed to get access to

5mins to bus station.
10mins to train station.
There is washing machine in the room which was surprised me .

전반적으로 비치된 물품들은 청결해보였는데 침대 밑이 청소가 안되서 창문여니까 전 손님들이 버린 쓰레기 과자봉지 등이 방에 굴러다녀서 침대밑 청소 꼭 해야할듯 합니다.. 호텔측의 면도기 지급은 안되는걸로압니다.(이는 자살방지차원이라 이해해요) 티비 외부입력이 되지않아 티비시청을 못했습니다.
하지만 조용하게 일하고 바다전망도 살짝 거리감있었지만 오션뷰가 좋았어요 걸어서 바다까지 5분이면 되었고 가는길에 어묵 식당 편의점 간식가게들이 많아 좋았습니다.
