We have been Hapimag members for a long time and this was your first visit here. The location is brilliant, lovely beach, rooms with good views, short walk into town. But the scheduled refurb is needed and also attention needs to be given to small issues in each apartment. Lastly done if the public areas / steps etc need fixing and cleaning.

We visited the resort shortly after it reopened and were pleasantly surprised. The complex was completely renovated and is now state-of-the-art. The apartment with a sea view offers every comfort. We like the loggia with its wonderful view best. The small supermarket has everything you need at a reasonable price, and the baked goods are particularly recommended. The swimming pool and fitness room are great, but almost superfluous when the weather is nice... The food in the restaurant was very good, and there are also regional dishes on the menu. The leisure activities are top-notch, we had booked a trip to Sant Elm with a short hike and a rustic boat trip back and felt very well looked after and informed by Maja (from Hapimag). Many thanks again to Maja for the lovely day! All in all, a great holiday.

The first impression was that it had been renovated beautifully and now looks modern - they did a great job. Over time, you notice the apartment's defects. Every morning the bathroom is flooded because the shower is leaking. The building services department tried to fix the problem, but the next morning the bathroom was flooded again. Some of the tiles in the apartment are not fully glued, which makes loud noises when you walk through the apartment. Every morning you are woken up by the other apartments as they move furniture around and open curtains, and this is extremely annoying, especially the noise. Felt gliders and other curtain rails would have prevented this. The air conditioning units cannot be adjusted - 22 degrees is far too warm for sleeping. How warm is it only in summer when the outside temperature is 30 degrees and not 23 degrees like when we visited. We had a comfort apartment, so I expected there to be sun on the balcony. In our apartment there was no sun between sunrise and sunset.

10 wunderschöne Tag mit unseren 4 Kindern im genial sanierten Hapimag Resort. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen klein, aber ansonsten alles Top. Hallenbad, Sauna, super Essen im Restaurant und sehr freundliches Personal.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der neu renovierten Anlage in Paguera und waren wirklich begeistert von den ( sehr notwendigen) Veränderungen. Es sieht alles sehr schön und gepflegt aus. Die Pools und die Gartenanlagen sind sehenswert. Bestimmt werden noch weitere zusätzliche kleine Dinge hinzu kommen. Es gibt weder im Wohnzimmer noch im Bad genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten. Regale und Schubladenschränke wären gut. Es gibt auch keine verschiedenen Kopfkissen. Die Lüftung im Bad läuft sehr laut. Außerdem müssten die Stühle Filzgleiter bekommen, weil man jedes Verrücken der Nachbarn hört.

Het is jammer dat na zo’n lange verbouwing er nu al dingen stuk zijn , toen we binnen kwamen, lekkage in de badkamer, wordt afgedaan met een smoesje, de mengkraan in de douche is een gevaar, of veel te heet of te koud, erg genet kleine kinderen, veel lawaai, erg rumoerig, jammer veel van verwacht na zo’n dure verbouwing
