The hotel need a refurbishment, everything was dirty. I stayed 5 nights and didn’t have my bed sheet changed when I asked they housekeeping said that they only change the sheets when requested.

Gostei do atendimento do Rodrigo, excelente e cordial!
Fiquei incomodada com o fato de eu ter ido na recepção buscar Ifood o atendente noturno foi ríspido ao falar que não poderia levar Pet, e após eu subir precisava ir em outro elevador, sendo assim recomendo não aceitarem Pet, desta forma.

Banheiro com banheira , deveria ser trocada por box , pois uma pessoa de idade teria muita dificuldade em entrar e sair fora o risco de queda

O hotel em geral é agradável. Porém o quarto é extremamente velho e precisando de reforma. As paredes são sujas, tem uma banheira terrível e velha, tem que subir na banheira pra tomar banho, não tive coragem de sentar no sofá, se denomina um Flat, porém a cozinha não tem nenhum utensílio, absolutamente nada, não tem uma panela pra fritar um ovo. Tem muito a melhorar, precisa de uma urgente reforma.
