We stayed one night for our anniversary, with an all inclusive formula, unfortunately the bracelet chip was not coded, consequently the room did not open, unless accompanied by the staff. Bad experience. They weren't able to fix the problem for the whole day and we ended the evening in our room to avoid being taken back late at night.
In the pool areas, on the other hand, very few sunbeds compared to the guests of the structure. Evening show in the theater to say the least unthinkable. For what it costs, the service is zero!

Amazing place to enjoy your holiday. The best hotel with a great view, nice and always clean rooms, very tasty food with a big selection of different cuisine. Many thanks to the people who works there - they are very friendly and always helpful, specially Khalil who was always making sure we have everything we needed and Roberto S. Each pool has its own bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks and different cocktails made by professionals such an Antonio and Fabrizio! During the day there are many activities for kids and adults so you will not be bored (thanks for a Latin dancing lessons to Zidane ) That was our second time in Grand Palladium Sicilia and for sure not the last one.

Sorry, we were very disappointed with this hotel! No way is it a 5 star hotel! The ‘luxury’ bungalows are far from being luxury! Very basic with nowhere to fit. We had a kettle but the only place it could be plugged in was on the bedside cabinet, making it dangerous carry the boiling water across the room. We booked Signature, very expensive but with very few benefits. Impossible to book the a la carte restaurants, one was closed more than it was open! Food very mediocre, and actually not served very professionally. We’ve stayed at the Dreams La Romana (now Hilton) and that pure luxury.

Such a beautiful place…we loved our stay so so much. The hotel is stunning, staff are so friendly and helpful (plus their english is impeccable), and the food is honestly unreal. All of the restaurants including the main buffet and thai place were amazing - but our favourite was definitely the Portofino restaurant. Food was amazing at both lunch and dinner (truffle pasta & tiramisu were a highlight!) plus the staff - Khalil you were amazing throughout our stay & we appreciated your attentive service and perfect english. So good for providing such a variety of gluten free dishes too. We will come back soon….from Louise, Millie and Steve ＜3

Great view in seaview room; however beware, the hotel also hosts conference groups, including a nightime club like venue in the hotel grounds. For 3 nights of our 5 night stay, we were kept awake until the early hours of the morning by shouting and thumping music. Not a relaxing experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! Our daughter especially enjoyed the kids club, where she had plenty of activities to keep her entertained. There was a lot of interesting content around the complex, ensuring that we were never bored. Every night, there was some form of entertainment, which made our evenings delightful. We recommend this resort for families looking for a fun and engaging vacation.

Everything amazing really!!! I were there with my friends and we had a lot of fun, during the day and also during the evening. Entertainment was great! Special thanks to the staff: Aurora, Zidane, Chiara, Sharon, Francesco! We don’t want to miss also the kids club entertainer! We will come back soon!!!!

We stayed at the Grand Paladium hotel for 10 days and I can say that it was a unique stay. The entire hotel team is absolutely amazing. I have a gluten-free diet and from the beginning of my stay, they took care of me in the restaurant, explaining what I could eat. We have visited many hotels, but I have never experienced such a friendly approach from the staff. I would especially like to thank chef Antonio as well as maitre Salvo, who made sure to prepare gluten-free pizza, pasta, fish and other things for me. The evenings were wonderful with piano music, thanks to the wonderful pianist Antonio. The staff smiled at the guests and tried to please every guest. The hotel rooms were clean, the hotel grounds were well maintained. We had a wonderful vacation and I recommend the hotel. We have already booked our stay for next year and we are already looking forward to it.
