Expectations were not high as this was a last minute stop decision. But a bit shocked at cleanliness and condition. The bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were used female sanitary products still in the garbage bin. Used soaps were still in the showers. One of the bedside lights didn’t work. Bed was soft. Overall not a good experience.

Basic tidy accommodation. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. No daily room service provided for two night stay. Dirty cutlery and mugs left in room.

The owner wanted to charge $15 per room extra because we booked on the internet. Tried to tell me it was standard practice around the world. As I always book online I know this is not true.
The television and wifi did not work.

Comfortable stay on our way through to our dest8nation. Clean room and pool was also very clean. Although it’s next to a train line it was was pretty quiet.

Enjoyable stay at the Tramway. Staff were great very easy to arrange our late arrival and super friendly. room was good just a standard motel room but great water pressure in the shower and good Aircon which is a must for a North QLD Summer stay.

Totally loved our overnight stay. It was great to see the sugar cane trains passing by. Parking straight outside room. Room had everything we needed. Everyone was very friendly.

Clean and comfortable and well suited to an overnight stay in transit. A little noisy being next to the highway and train line but manageable.
