The hotel room is about dated and not quite as what has been expected. However, the service from receptionists and restaurant staff was amazing!

Great location and room size excellent . Felt safe with covid restriction the hotel had in place

The decor is looking very tired; carpets are threadbare in places, some of the furnishings in our room where faulty; coat hook loose, heated towel rail not working. The carparking is particularly annoying; you are charged at check-in but the carpark did not have any free spaces as the workmen building the houses adjacent to the hotel were taking up multiple spaces. Reception staff were not the friendliest, we just seemed to be an annoyance to them when checking in!

Initially not easy to find but once there check in was simple, the staff lovely and so friendly, the room was lovely, very large and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We used the restaurant for our evening meal and while the menu was quite limited there was something each of us liked and the food was very nice and well cooked. Overall we would highly recommend a stay here and would stay again if visiting Salisbury

Stayed for a long weekend. Lovely spacious room with comfy beds. City centre location but surprisingly quiet. Good breakfast served by friendly helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was 1st class. Freshly baked scones “ home made “ soup. Honestly , the best I’ve ever tasted. My room was spotlessly clean All of the staff, housekeeping , reception and catering are exceptional. Book it ! You won’t be disappointed

The hotel is quite close to the centre of Salisbury, that’s very convenient. The room was recently refurbished we liked it. Although a description on how to operate the air con would have been helpful. Parking on the hotel car park is £7.50 per night when you register at reception. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed for a wedding at the Cathedral which in very close by. The staff were very helpful and friendly (especially as im navigationally challenged). Parking was great as well. Would definitely stay again

The hotel has a great location and is close to the cathedral, dining, pubs, and shops. The walks are very short. The staff was great. They helped my wife with the train and taxis. It was a very quiet hotel. This was good for me, since I was working. The shower was great, and the air conditioning worked well.
