The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. Props to Ms. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

The service was excellent your breakfast was tasteful the employees are vibrant and well manor. I enjoyed my stay great rooms, pool and wonderful services throughout the entire day.

The service was slow when it came to getting items. Also they dont do laundry daily. It was a basic hotel.

My wife was going to have surgery on that date at the Auxilio Mutuo Hospital and we chose the Embassy Hotel because it was close to the Hospital since we are from Barceloneta and it was impossible to be at the hospital at 9:00 am due to the traffic. Excellent Hotel, very good location, attention and magnificent indoor parking.

Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the beach service. I don’t mind paying the daily resort fee, but the times we went to the beach, they were out of towels and umbrellas. Other than that, we loved staying here. Excellent staff and very friendly
